Our Non-Smoking Condominium is located on the top floor and is also a corner unit in the prestigious Esplanade complex.
Both Master Suites are furnished with private baths, king beds, one junior suite has TV with DVD combo, the other junior suite has TV with VCR combo. The Master Suite has an over-sized Master Bath with his and her vanities, whirlpool tub, private water closet with bidet. The Grand Master Suite has a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD, reading area, his and her closets, private balcony, and access to large balcony.
The Living Room is nicely appointed with plantation shutters, spacious seating for six with a 50 inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Formal Dining area with glass table and seating for six, breakfast area with Pub Table for viewing the Marina and Smokehouse Bay. Large well equipped kitchen with twelve foot breakfast bar with stools. Laundry room off kitchen. This condo is so well appointed you will never want to leave!
