Baseball fans can walk to Scottsdale Stadium to watch San Francisco Giants practices and games! Art lovers can walk to the famous Scottsdale Art Walk every Thursday night! Shopping is by far the best in Arizona and of course Scottsdale's renowned golf courses will keep visitors busy at any time of the year.
Located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale this luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has it all! The condo was fully renovated with granite countertops in kitchen, bar area, and both bathrooms in the summer of 2009. All cabinetry has been replaced with beautiful custom wood cabinets and the flooring is a combination tile and comfortable plush carpet.
The condo is furnished like a model home. The attention to detail demonstrates the owners' pride of ownership. There is a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded stainless appliances, and side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice through the door. Cabinets are custom wood with lovely brushed nickel hardware. A full sized brand new washer and dryer is conveniently located in the unit. The living room is comfortably furnished and boasts a High Definition plasma TV, DVD/CD player and stereo system. The unit also offers high speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and light cozy duvet with a wall mounted LCD flat panel TV. The second bedroom has two comfortable pillow top twin beds. Both bedrooms have large closets with lots of shelving and space for storage and their own private full bathrooms.
Three blocks away, the heart of Old Town Scottsdale hosts numerous restaurants, art galleries, fun shopping and pubs. Shopping at the famous Fashion Square Mall is a treat for all. We are within walking distance to the San Francisco Giants Spring Training Complex, and only a 15 minute drive from Phoenix Int'l Airport or 5 minutes to the Oakland A's Spring Training Complex and the Phoenix Zoo. The Civic Centre and Centre for the Performing Arts next door provides many cultural events.
You will never need your car as you can walk everywhere or take the free "Ollie the Trolley" throughout the old Town district of art galleries and dining. Over 50 beautiful golf courses are located in the Scottsdale area. It is also home of the "Greatest Show on Grass", The yearly F.B.R. Open Golf Tournament (Phoenix Open).
With all the area has to offer and the comfort and style of this unit, I am sure our condo will become your new home away from home.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We bought our condo because of it's amazing location. We are 5 minutes drive from the 101 and our condo development backs onto the Continental Golf Course. There is a 20 mile walking/biking path that meanders through beautiful ponds, baseball diamonds, and parks for picnicking are only steps from our doorway. Only three blocks in the other direction you will find the eclectic and fun filled Old Town area that will captivate you for hours, if not days with its numerous art galleries, trendy restaurants, pubs and shopping. Spending a day at the Fashion Square Mall is another favorite activity for visitors from all over the globe. When we were looking for a condo to buy, we searched all around Scottsdale but choose the Old Town area because of the unique character and ambience of the area.

We are located steps away from one of the development's three spas and BBQ areas and a short stroll to one of its two beautiful pools. My husband and I recently moved from our long time home in Calgary Alberta Canada to our new home on Vancouver Island Canada. We love the island but do long for the sunny days of Phoenix as the winter months roll in. Our Phoenix travels first took us to the Mesa area and just this year we found Old Town Scottsdale with all of it's wonderful amenities. We love the free Trolley bus that takes us from our beautiful condo into all the incredible art galleries, shops and restaurants that Old Town has to offer. This summer my husband and I travelled down to our condo and spent 6 weeks having it renovated and furnished. We love the result of having a brand "new" condo located in an area of Scottsdale celebrated for its history and culture. We hope you love our home away from home as much as we do and enjoy all the Old Town has to offer.
