Welcome to our SKI/IN, SKI/OUT home in the world famous Whistler Resort.
Our bright and spacious one-bedroom condo is located in the Marquise, at the base of the Wizard chair in upper Whistler Village. A view of the mountain tops and the famous peak to peak gondola.
We own and manage our unit, saving you extra hotel costs, hotel tax, and fees, as well as giving you that feels like home touch. Our location offers convenient access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.
Conveniently located near the Upper village restaurants, shops, pubs, wine and beer store.
Free shuttle stops at our driveway. This tourist service (The Village Shuttle) circles the village and popular Lost Lake
The valley trail passes by our building, providing easy access to the wonderful network of biking and lit walking and cross country ski trails.

Year Purchased: 1999
We grew up skiing these mountains. Worked as ski patrol and mountain hosts and love to show our famous mountains to guests that return each year.
Why the Owner Chose Marquise
This is the number one ski resort in the world. We knew it when we first skied here 25 years ago we wanted to spend a lot of time here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love to sit on our deck or in the hot tub after a great days skiing and view the mountains. Laying in front of our huge picture window on the futon reading a book watching the snow fall. An easy stroll into the village for shopping or the brand new library for non skiers. Kids love the pool facilities and games room.
