We had a great stay at the Marquise. The owners were very friendly, quick to respond and accomodating. We had never stayed in the upper village before but we loved it, family friendly, quiet, close to the slopes and a short walk to the village. We appreciated having wifi in our room too. Also recommend the Whislter Hidden Lodge Day Spa also located in the upper village and Ciao Thyme Bistro with an amazing all day breakfast menu. Thanks again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

As a yearly visitor to Whistler we've chosen the upper village as our preferred area to stay. The Marquise is in that perfect location to walk pretty much anywhere, yet far enough away to be peaceful & quiet. This very clean unit had everything we needed, from the comfortable decor, the cozy king sized bed, a computer, Wi-Fi & a closet full of games/books to an amply stocked kitchen to cook when we ate in. The extra sink off the bedroom, outside the bathroom, was an added convenience. Secured parking is an extra $16/day, but the rent was reasonable enough to make it more than worthwhile. Thank you, Susan & Rudy – your attention to detail in the unit itself & all your well organized instructions made our stay a wonderful experience...we hope to return next year!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Pat for the nice review.

it was great, everything was clean and very relaxed. It was as advertised which is very important, I would have no problem recommending it to anyone. It's only a short walk to the village and the mountains are all around you. We were staying there before the arrival of the snow so I can only imagine what it is like in the ski season. Truly great, PeterRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing.

Had a great stay here. The unit is beautiful. The location could not be better. It is walking distance to everything, yet quiet at night, unlight the noisy town center places we stayed before.. Never used our car once. Ski in and ski out location is also great.Definately coming again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1999
About the owner: Grew up skiing these mountains. Worked as ski patrol and mountain host and love to show our famous mountains to guests that return each year.
Why the Owner Chose Marquise:
This is the number one ski resort in the world. We knew it when we first skied here 25 years ago we wanted to spend a lot of time here.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Relax and sit on our deck or in the hot tub after a great days skiing and view the mountains. The Peak to Peak gondola can be seen from the deck. It travels between Whistler and Blackcomb mountain. There's nothing better than lying in front of our huge picture window on the window seat, reading a book, watching the snow fall. It's an easy stroll into the village for shopping or to visit the brand new library for non skiers or free outdoor skating rink. Kids love the buildings pool facilities and games room.
