  The whole process was seamless with me being informed a week in advance of my stay of directions to the home,entry codes to the home and emergency numbers to call.The home is spacious and comfortable with a huge well stocked kitchen that has the dining facility in addition to the main dining area. Good location to Disney with a wide range of good eating places all nearby.There is a play park 75 yards from the front door of the home for children to run off excess energy. What I liked best was the space.Liked least it is always easy to find fault but I do not think it is appropriate to comment for comment sake,as we had a wonderful experience.

  We had a wonderful time at Florida.The home was clean on arrival and comfortable.We were a party of 13 and the children enjpyed themselves as much as the adults.The pool was great and clean!The reservation process was easy and hassle free.We were able to obtain our Disney tickets through an associated company via the rental management,which provided us with some discounted rates and convienence.We were within minutes of DisneyWorld-close enough without the "noise" in the backround when we were outside enjoying the pool or playground(located literally across the street to the corner)

  Sorry for the delay in responding.We took the long way home from FloridaHome and location was great.So close to everything in Kissimmee/Orlando area.Pool and hot tub was all heated up upon arrival on day after Christmas.Kids ,grandkids and us old folks had a great week.Your office staff was outstanding.Mary was a pleasure to work with on making reservation,having a pool ready and much act. Mary is an asset to your staff.

  Great Fun! 5 stars! Everything was as advertised and more.We had a great vacation and enjoyed our relaxation at the rental home. I have already informed co workers of the gemstone way to stay.
