Beautiful home located on large greenbelt which affords the residents a wide open feeling, privacy and great panoramic views of often snow-capped Mt. San Jacinto and Hot Air Balloons from the living room, as well as the Chocolate Mountains from the backyard view.
Immaculate home, gently used in the past. Feels more like a real home than a short term rental unit. Oriental rugs, plantation shutters and quality furniture. Every convenience has been provided, including high-def flat screen TV in the master bedroom and Sony flat screen TV with Tivo in the living room. Also, desktop computer, printer, fax machine, high speed internet and Wi-Fi.
Close to all the desert sources of entertainment, including two on-site golf courses, three clubhouses, many pools, hot tubs, shopping, outlets, casinos and fine dining.
Sun City charges $50 per stay, per guest for use of all facilities. Golf is extra, with reduced rates available for renters.
No Smoking, please. Small dog is welcome, with an additional, refundable deposit of $200.00
