  We have stayed in this lovely unit several times. The owners have remodeled and updated this villa maximizing storage space and making it a haven for 2! Room for guest if needed. Clean, attractive and best of all the VIEW!! Ocean sunrise at breakfast on the balcony,Ocean sunset with drinks or dinner in evening. Steps to beach, short walk or bike ride to Beachwalk and Coligny Plaza. A gem.

  We loved this condo at Sea Side Villas. You can't beat the location, and the oceanfront view was fantastic. Jennifer thought of all the supplies we would need to make our stay comfortable which also included a washer and dryer in the unit. She was great to work with and always available to answer questions. The close proximity to Cologny Plaza was a plus too. We utilized the kitchen frequently for meals, but we also enjoyed Frankie Bones, Alexanders, A Low Country Backyard Restaurant and Lady & Sons. We have already recommended this unit to our family and friends.

  We've stayed at several SeaSide villas and this is one of THE BEST! Clean, attractive decor, VERY WELL supplied with the basics. Friendly, easy to work with owners. A few steps to pool or beach. SeaSide location convenient to everything on Island. Affordable off season rates! Highly recommend it!!

  After renting several other villas at Seaside, this villa is the best! Let's talk about an OCEAN VIEW! Sights and sounds of the ocean as close as you can get. Fantastic!. Sunrise over the ocean each morning and moonrise over the ocean each night. Sit on the balcony and take it all in. Condo is clean, well equipped, with nice decor. Extra storage, comfortable bed - a palace for 2! Enjoy walks on the beach, to Coligny Plaza, local nearby restaurants and Tiki Hut Lounge on the beach. Great bike paths or ride bike on the beach.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.

  What a fantastic place! The view is awesome and listening to the surf from the balcony & living room, it does not get much better than this! The villa is just as described, everything you need is there. Cannot wait to come back! Comfortable walk to Coligny Plaza, Skillets for breakfast and Big Bamboo for happy hour! Thanks Jennifer!

  All you see is ocean...this view is the best. Highly recommend this condo. We will definitely stay here again. Very clean and fully equipped. Owner is easy and great to work with! Thank you! Can't wait to come back!
