Completely remodeled beach home. Clean, cozy and family friendly. Our home is completely equipped for your vacation stay. Complete kitchen with a microwave, coffee/espresso pot, toaster etc. On site washer/dryer. Great backyard deck with chairs to relax in, and a BBQ to grill up some dinner.

Short 3 minute walk to the beach, where you can enjoy all that the Gulf has to offer. Spend the day at the Surfside beachclub, with free parking, picnic tables and a shower. Enjoy our spectacular sunsets. We have several beach toys available as well as beach chairs, a cooler, beach mats etc.

- Pet Friendly: Small-med dogs welcome if they are friendly, well behaved and house trained. Dogs must be on a leash at all times outside of the home. The yard is not fenced and the community has leash laws.

Year Purchased: 2006
We relocated to Redinton Shores in 2006 after falling in love with the area and the relaxing beach lifestyle. With great fishing, golf, and the beautiful beach all here to enjoy, Redington Shores was a perfect place to make a home. This home was remodeled to enjoy as our personal beach home. We have recently converted it into a vacation rental. We are still in the neighborhood which we love so much. Being close by, we feel that we will be close by to help our guests with anything they may need during their stay.

We love that the Gulf is within walking distance for a morning or evening walk/run on the beach. The sunsets are spectacular. We love the great fishing in the area. Redington Long Pier offers great fishing, as well as, all of the surrounding water. Many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Golf within minutes of the home.
