Why the Owner Chose Desert Hot Springs
Nice getaway in winter from the snow. Mission Lakes is a quiet, less crowded area of the valley with a beautiful golf course. Great views of the mountains.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This home has a pie shaped lot. The larger end enjoys a large covered patio that opens onto the golf course on the 17th green. Beautiful views of the mountains and the golf course. Short walk to the club house, over the course, from the back yard. Golfing at Mission Lakes is affordable, even during the winter season. $45 to $65 per round this year. There is a cart garage for those with their own cart. The weather is absolutely beautiful in the winter, usually in the 70's or 80's.
