Our condo is part of the exclusive Harbour Club which is only 20 units. It is Located on the first floor, which enables the convenience of carrying in all the bags from your fabulous Naples shopping in the front door and out the back to the heated pool. (Our pool is always at 84 degrees!) We boast as many dining experiences as Manhattan at more affordable prices. We often enjoy staying in and dining on our Lanai. If you love Bridge you will love Naples. Saturdays are for the Farmer's Market and the Art shows. WE fish for snook at our pier January through May. WE feel we are in the best area for all activities!

Why the Owner Chose Other Olde Naples Properties
WE bought this unit because the weather is perfect 95% of the time. We love the water: boating, fishing swimming etc. Naples has it all!!! It is 30 minutes to Fort Meyer's airport. Both Southwest and Air Tran service this airport with frequent and affordable flights from our area. The people are friendly and interested in many different activities.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Sunsets are across the street and a must every night. During the day our toughest decision is do we swim in our heated pool or walk across the street to the Gulf of Mexico. I guess it depends if we want to go shelling! Either experience let's us go birds watching. We have seen 3 Bald Eagles at one time.
