Located in the valley along the I-70 corridor, this home is 5 minutes to Loveland Ski Area or Georgetown, 20 minute to Arapahoe Basin, 25 minutes to Keystone, 45 minutes to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain or Winter Park, 1 hr to Vail, 1.25 hrs to DIA, depending on traffic and weather.
Rent 4 or 6 bedrooms. Any combination has use of a kitchen facility, laundry, parking, and hot tub.
Rental of the Main House includes 4 bedrooms, each with Queen or Double beds and en suite bathrooms. Sleeper futon in lower level sitting area offers an additional sleeping for 2 with an adjacent 1/2 bath.
The six bedroom option (Whote House), adds a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. These share a 3/4 bath, a second laundry facility, wet bar and sitting area.
Rental of the 4 bedroom (Main House) or 6 bedroom (Whole House) offers a huge club/theater room with wet bar, pool table, drop down theater screen, and 1/2 bath; full size dining area and gourmet stainless steel kitchen with two breakfast bars; use of a 2 car garage; and either 1 (main house rental) or 2 (with whole house rental) laundry areas.

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this awesome home! We had 3 families including toddlers, teens and 9 adults and this house not only met but exceeded our needs beautifully! All info on website is accurate and the owner responded to a few simple questions through out our stay very promptly. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic...Loveland ski only 5 min away...ran back and forth picking up skiers as they finished. Keystone only 20 mins away- some skied some tubed...all had a great time! We will return to this house and would highly recommend it to anyone...especially larger groups!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family rented the house for a long-overdue family reunion. The house is very large and even though there were 15 of us including 7 kids there was plenty of space for everyone to get together on the deck or in the large family room or just to get away for a little bit of alone time. The house was very well cared for--immaculate when we arrived and had every ammenity we were looking for. Our favorite part was the gameroom/family room and the fire pit out back near the river. Most of us ended up out there every night. The location was great--close to so many things we ran out of time way before running out of things to do. If you have a large family and want to find a base in a large, comfortable and clean home close to everything fun about Colorado--you can't go wrong with this house.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
