Beautiful, quiet and private, this complex offers everything you could possibly want for your vacation home. It is exquisitely decorated and complete with everything you could imagine. The kitchen is an entertainers dream with granite slab counters, a built in wine cooler, and every imaginable appliance - truly gourmet! The kitchen is also equipped with children's dishes and spill proof cups. There is an attached garage which enters near the kitchen along with guest parking outside.
The living room has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, movies and a Playstation.
There are three bedroom upstairs. One has a California King (and crib), the second bedroom has a queen bed, a lanai and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has two singles. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet, lanai, large walk in shower and separate soaking tub. It is also equipped with a flat screen TV and an alcove with a full size crib. The additional bathroom upstairs has a full bath with separate vanities attached to each bedroom. In addition, there is an office with wireless internet and a printer. It is also equipped with a full size futon.
A gated pool and jacuzzi is just a short walk away with an outdoor entertaining area with gas grills. A biking / walking path is just outside. You are a short drive to some of the most beautiful, private beaches on the earth. You are also close to snorkeling, shopping, the Princeville stables and the Princeville Resort and Spa. To make sure you have a great time, we have provided three 21 speed bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and a rolling cooler. If you decide to stay in, there are movies, games and a Playstation.
There is very little traffic (almost none) - this is a great place to bring children.

We were so pleased with the town house. It was everything it said it would be and more. Very well appointed and clean. We were on a family vacation and the town house facilitated group events and allowed for private moments as well. The nightly discussions around the dining room table were a highlight. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub, just a short walk away. We really liked the area and enjoyed many beautiful walks and bike rides- there were a couple of bikes to use. A car is a must. We would and have recommended it to others.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Listing description and photos very accurate. Property and pool clean and well maintained. Highly recommend to others. Our group had 5 adults - lots of space for all. Huge kitchen and an office for those that need to keep working. Area has long foot paths around golf course and area; bikes available. Convenient to shopping near resort and Hannelei Bay. Site seeing nearby. Farmers markets in area. Golfing at Makai pricey but fabulous course and views. Safe snorkeling at Anihi Beach (saw turtles). Whale and bird watching at lighthouse a must see. Ask locals for neighbourhood close-ups of Albatross. We found the north side of Kauai much more relaxed, lots of scenery, and not as commercial as the south side.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful townhome with all of the comforts of home. We were 4 audults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything that we needed was there and the property was well kept. Great pool, bbq area and neighbours! We would definatly stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

You feel very at home in this condo. It has all that you would ever need! It is in a great area, with lots of activities close by and there are also some beautiful beaches nearby. It is a very clean and spacious condo. We had a great time at Nihilani 22C. We had all the comforts of home from it's beautiful furnitiure and kitchen to the smallest items such as boogie boards and snorkel gear. The location is great, we were able to jog around the golf course to the ocean in just a few minutes, If we needed some groceries or a Lapperts Ice Cream fix the stores were just a few minutes away too. We LOVED our stay!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This is a great location, close to grocery store quiet and relaxing environment. Right on golf course. Great amenities, equipment provided for the beach and sight seeing. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The townhome was perfect for us. We came for a week with a big crew (7 of us) and we easily fit comfortably. When we arrived it was very clean and had all the cooking tools and equipment we needed. The rooms themselves were spacious and private, with both of the larger rooms having lanais. It's located in a spectacular area of Kauai. We were close to the beach, excellent jogging paths just outside the center, the jacuzzi and pool were wonderful as well. If you need to shop there's a shopping center about 5 minutes away. Get the shave ice! Yum. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a clean, spacious and well located place to reserve a spot here and enjoy the beauty and bliss that is Hawaii and Kauai.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed from Oct.17-23 with 5 other people.The condo is in the greatest location.10 mins. to Hanalei Bay where the beaches and restaurants are just superb. We never felt uncomfortable and found everything inside the condo to be just perfect. It felt like we were home the whole time.I would recommend to anyone to use this condo and we will definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The pictures do not convey how lovely and comfortable the accomodations were. The bedrooms/living area are beautifully decorated. The master bath is amazing. The kitchen has everything you could ever want or need including the wine refrigerator. Nihilani is a great property, we used the grills by the pool just about every night and met some really nice people there. The pool was perfect for taking a swim in the evening while our dinner cooked. Would highly recommend this unit as the owner and real estate agent were great to work with.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Robyn has a beautiful home and was perfect for our family of six. It's in a very quiet "neighborhood" and has almost everything you need so it's easy to relax and enjoy your vacation. About the owner: My husband and I (and parents) purchased this property for family gatherings. We knew that we would be returning throughout the years because this is such a magical place. We are so excited to share this with friends, family and vacationers. We have three daughters - all who feel like Kauai is their second home. Hopefully this will be a place for family vacations not only for our family but others as well.
Why the Owner Chose Nihilani:
This complex is the newest development in Princeville. It's truly beautiful, quiet and set in paradise. This unit has never been lived in and only visited for a short period of time. The furnishings are exquisite along with the bedding, linens and all other amenities. There are three lanai's for you to relax, one downstairs and two upstairs. All three bedrooms are upstairs; one with a California king, one queen and two twin beds in the third room. There is an office upstairs with a futon to sleep additional people along with wireless internet and printer for those who bring their laptop. There are two bathrooms upstairs - the master has a walk in shower and large soaking tub. The additional full bathroom adjoins the two bedrooms with a vanity attached to each side. There is a flat screen TV in the Master bedroom along with a reading area (crib set up here), large lanai and huge walk in closet. There is an additional flat screen TV in the second bedroom. All windows have beautiful window coverings and rooms have ceiling fans. The large open kitchen is an entertainers dream with a built in wine cooler, a large island for extra seating, granite counters and every imaginable appliance you could need. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly think of including a set of children's dishes and spill proof cups. The dining room has seating for 6. The large family room has a wall mounted flat screen TV along with DVD player. All TV's in the house have cable. For days when you want to stay in, there are board games, cards, movies, books and a Playstation. This place is perfect. We have visited the islands many times and keep finding ourselves coming back to Princeville. It's truly Paradise.
