If you've ever heard the phrase "Icing on the cake" ... Staying at this Magnificent property was not only the "icing" .... But the ENTIRE cake! This beautiful townhome came COMPLETE with EVERYTHING to make your stay Amazing! My husband and daughter (13yr old) would wake up and bike ride through the beautiful property grounds as I enjoyed relaxing on the lanai right off our bedroom. The grocery store was Very close to this property, which allowed us to utilize the beautifully equipped kitchen daily. The townhome has a Full size washer and dryer, which came in handy for freshening up your beach towels and swim attire. The office has a printer which was great for printing our boarding passes the day of our departure. The management company was also great. My husband had an emergency during our visit and needed to have a package delivered. The management company ensured everything was taken care of with minimal disruption to our vavation. We enjoyed our visit with another family ( Total occupants - 5 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child & 1 toddler). You would think with this size group it would feel crowded... Just the opposite! The spacious floor plan allowed us all to enjoy our own piece of paradise privately, then together as we gathered each evening in the kitchen area to discuss our wonderful day spent on Kauaii. We saved time and money with all the beach and snorkel gear provided. (snorkel gear - including fins, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, pool toys, beach towels, beach mats, and a rolling cooler. These owners thought of EVERYTHING to make your stay enjoyable! After our stay in this wonderful townhome, my family extended our vacation in honolulu.. From the moment we arrived and especially when we stepped foot into our hotel... We MISSED being in the beautiful townhome. It really allowed us to see the Vacation Value of being in a beautiful, fully equipped townhome vs hotel accommodations. My family can't wait for our next visit! This location was GORGEOUS!! You can stay at a hotel for less probably but why!?!?!?! This home is beautifully outfitted and the owners took care to make sure all the ammenities were available on site. There is a crib for an infant/toddler, laundry room in the home, complete kitchen with all neccessities, a baby gate to block stair or room access if you have young children and even bikes, boogie boards, floating tubes!! I cannot say enough about this property. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next vacation there and we just returned this morning! The condo is located near beautiful (hidden) beaches that are real gems. Several places to snorkel nearby, Close to shopping, horseback riding, zip lining, and good food....PERFECT LOCATION!! I WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THIS VACATION! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR!

Perfect 10 Day Escape!!

We left the rainy Seattle weather and arrived for a great stay in this fabulous townhouse!! It was the perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy Kauai. There was plenty of room for the seven of us (2 kids under 5, 3 grandparents, and myself and my husband). The kitchen is well equipped to make dinners in, which we did most nights. We'd pick up fresh fish at the fish market in Hanelei most days for dinner. We spend our days at the beach and would return to have lunch and swim at the pool in the afternoon. Robyn, the owner was very responsive, along with their management company. The townhouse has great amenities that we used - beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear for the beach, bikes that we used to catch the sunset at princeville. Close proximity to one of the best beaches - Hanelei Bay. We've been to Kauai a number of times and have found the place we'll be returning to. Thank you!!!

My husband and I vacationed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The unit was especially clean and reflected the highest standards of care and maintainance. I found the management responsive to our inquiries, ensuring our stay fulfilled with positive memories. The owners are some of the most kind and generous people we had the pleasure of interacting with in the vacation rental business. We tend to vacation in Hawaii annually and look forward to returning to this delightful home. A visit to Hanalei is a must.

Home away from Home!

Just returned from a week on Kauai. Our stay at this unit met or exceeded our discriminating expectations. For our family of 5 (3 teenagers), this home was spacious. The master bath was huge and the bathroom between the other 2 bedrooms was perfect with a sink for each bedroom separated from the shower and toilet. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and spa. We visited many of the nearby beaches. The kitchen was amazing and we cooked dinner more than I expected. If you get fresh fish from a local fish market, you'll save $$ over dinner at a restaurant. Don't miss a swim in nearby "Queen's Bath". Hike Kalalau Trail, but be prepared for a long, steep, muddy journey with magnificent views. After a full day of outdoor activities, we looked forward to comfortable evening at the unit. The owners were great to deal with; very responsive. For a 3 bedroom Hawaiian condo, this was one of the best we have stayed in. Mahalo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. The kitchen was amazing and fully equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and gorgeous as well. We made good use of the beach gear in the garage - it was so convenient to have beach chairs, cooler, and snorkeling equipment. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were a short drive away from wonderful Hanalei. The pool area was relaxing with hot tub, lounge chairs, sitting area, and grill. It was definitely well worth it and far better than staying in a hotel!!!

Me and my family, five of us, stayed here and it was amazing. We aren't the touristy kind of people who like to do all the sky diving and scuba diving stuff. We were more like the sit by the pool or go to the beach and tan kind of family. This place was perfect. It came with everything you would need to go to the beach. Everything was clean and in great condition. It was easy to respect the property because it was so classy, you didn't want to mess anything up. Our family really enjoyed the bikes that were provided and the snorkeling gear. This place was worth every penny. Not that it was that expensive. I would definately stay here again and would suggest it to friends and family. Beautiful and very classy.

"We, a family of 3, stayed here for 9 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was was just so right for us. Spacious, comfortable, clean, bright and well laid out; just as advertised. Our 3.5 year old had plates and cups just for her and a great crib as well as toys for the beach. The bikes and beach mats were terrific; saved us time and money to have them right at the condo. Cooking facilities, towels & linens were top notch (although we never did figure out the fancy microwave), and the master bath was absolutely first rate. Excellent, too, when we had a problem with the property management problem over an issue, the owners stepped in and made everything right without any fuss at all. We would rate this at the very top of the 15 or so condo experiences we have had in the last 10 years, both for quality and value. I highly recommend Nihilani 22C. Mike K., Venice Beach, CA"

We just retuned from staying in this unit and couldn’t have been more satisfied. Pictures (as good as they are) don’t do justice! Owners were a true pleasure to deal with, very responsive at all times. We have stayed in many excellent vacation condos over the years, however none that would equal this unit, kitchen is outstanding, furnishings brand new and high end, condo complex well looked after as well. Unit was very clean, location convenient for most anything you want to do on island. We hope to return, and definitely recommend this townhome to others!

We stayed in this condo in December 2009. It is brand new and beautifully furnished. They have everything supplied that you would need to enjoy your stay there. There were 6 of us and it was spacious enough that we never felt crowded and always felt comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
