Santa Fe for Spring Break – What More Could a Bear Want?

No one could have prepared us for the beauty of this house! We felt like we were in a fine hotel (with our own expansive kitchen, of course). All of the walls throughout the home have the look and feel of marble. The beautiful hardwood and stone floors as well as a mixture of antiques and southwestern art made this home exquisite.

We spent a great deal of time in the large kitchen enjoying snacks, games and meals. The kitchen has the biggest island I have ever seen – what a great feature! It was a pleasure fixing meals for the gang. No detail was left out, including a butler’s pantry with every appliance you will need.

The grassy yard was just the ticket for relaxing in the warm sunshine. The in-ground pool looked inviting, but that would be best used in the summer. The covered patios were perfect for the whole crew – sun lovers as well as those preferring the shade. There were chairs and tables for each of us to enjoy. The playground area was a great surprise!

All of the bedrooms are spacious and provide both privacy and quiet. The master bedroom had a steam shower fit for a king as well as a separate huge bathtub. The other bedrooms are equally spacious and beautifully decorated.

The library was the perfect place for me. Even on vacation, a sanctuary is important for this Bear. There were plenty of books to look through and the sophisticated feel of the room made me feel like a movie star.

The extra touches in this home will make you feel like you are at a luxury resort. Comfy beds, throw blankets, even DVDs for everyone to enjoy. If you are planning a trip to Santa Fe, you won’t regret staying in this fabulous home!

  Our Big Chill group of five couples has traveled together for forty years. This is the first time we've rented a home. Provencal Villa was perfect for our group. Gorgeous property with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed gathering every morning for coffee and a leisurely breakfast in the spacious kitchen and sitting area. The house is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and fireplaces everywhere. We always travel with 60's music and love to watch concerts on DVD. The electronics were incredible and piped our music all around the house as well as outside. The owner and property manager were quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We really enjoyed our first trip to Santa Fe. Thanks for sharing your wonderful Villa.

  An amazing house that pictures cannot describe.......A true treasure in Santa Fe.. My family came in from the UK and Australia to celebrate my 60th birthday and this was the perfect place for them to relax and enjoy all New Mexico has to offer..Amazing views,Magnificent House and Pool with lots of space and no expense spared on detail... The Landlord and his Caretaker couldn't have been more helpful at all times.. If there were ratings were from 1-10 it would get an 11

  My company rented this home last week and it is FABUILOUS!!! The boss always takes us on a trip after tax season, husbands and wives both go. The bedrooms in this home were very spacious and beautiful. The common areas, including the marvelous kitchen, were wonderful for us to get together for our meals and/or just to relax. The outdoor patios were perfect for a restful visit or to read your book. We had a fire place going a couple of times and the heated pool was just right for morning lapse or fun in the sun during the afternoon. We dreamed about owning a home like this. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from town. The photos on the website don't do the home justice. The home was immaculate and the owner and the property manager were quick to answer questions. This home was worth every penny spent and we would recommend it to anyone headed to the Santa Fe area. THANK YOU for a terrific vacation!!!

  Everything was wonderful! We had our family of 10 - ranging from ages 19 to 70 - Everyone had plenty to do, and everyone had plenty of privacy in the house. We all went white water rafting, did the 10,000 Waves bit, cooking school, and lots of eating and shopping, plus golfing and the casinos for some. We had a wonderful photographer come to the house for a family portrait and she found really great backgrounds for pictures. Your property manager was very lovely to meet us and show us around. Everything went just like clockwork and I know of no room for improvement. Thanks for everything. Hope we can all come back someday. It's not always easy to get the whole group together, but it worked this time!

  Your home was the perfect place for our group of eight--four 60ish siblings and spouses. Our plan to prepare most of our own meals and "eat in" worked just as expected. The property is a wonderful combination of seclusion and grandeur. Everything about it: the layout, grounds, materials, attention to detail, decoration, art, technology, is magnificent.

  I've rented from VRBO at least 5 or 10 times over the years, and this is the first time a house has EXCEEDED the pictures & description I saw online. Pool is fabulous. House is constructed like a palace. High ceilings, stays cool in hot weather. Fireplaces everywhere. Trampoline. Quiet. Really nice.
