This property is in the perfect location. Great food and activities walking distance away. The place is very clean and has beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach games available to use. I took teenagers and they were able to come and go freely. Belmont park is a short walk away. The bay on one side the ocean on the other, What a place!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo was a great place to stay. Not right on the water but just close enough to the bay and the beach. Parking was tricky- since the unit doesn't have its own-but you manage. Thanks Ed for making our stay a very comfortable home away from home. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced rental within proximity to Mission Beach and all it had to offer. This place was a great find for us. Everything that its listing promises, it delivers. The condo was clean and well cared for. Conveniently located within less than five minutes from Mission Beach and even closer to Mission Bay, it made living the beach lifestyle easy during our stay. Grocery and convenience stores are within walking distance as well as restaurants and other amenities. We've stayed at many places before, but by far, this place was one of the best and if the opportunity presents itself, we'll be back!

Mission beach is the perfect location in San Diego! Your minutes away from so much! So maybe this isn't waterfront but this is a nice little place in a great location - you could walk or bike your entire stay if you chose to! Ed took great care of us and the parking might be 100 yards away but it truly wasn't bad at all and when you stolled back to the condo you got a lovely walk across the bay =) I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I LOVED my time here. You are 30 seconds from the bay! Location is awesome, it's centrally located between the Bay and Ocean and it's close to everything; Seaworld, the Convention Center, the Gaslamp, La Jolla. I'm definitely coming back!

Nice! Great location, so relaxing! Great to have a full kitchen/refrigerator for about the price of a hotel room. Recommended.

This place is great! Comfortable, nicely furnished, great location, and just about the same price as a hotel room, but much nicer. Ed took good care of us. I've rented a few other places in Mission Beach, but this one I'm coming back to for my annual trip.
