Our 2 families just returned from a one-week stay at Timberline Vista. It was a wonderful place to enjoy Christmas and New Year's together! The home is very well-appointed and Erin is great to deal with! There were special, welcoming touches which we appreciated very much. Despite the lack of Colorado's famous powder snow or any real snow to speak of - we still enjoyed ourselves, We managed to ski Vail, Keystone, Breckinridge and Beaver Creek - conditions were not great but we made the best of it. After a day of so-so skiing, we were eager to return "home" to our relaxing abode. There was an issue with the hot tub at the beginning of our stay and Erin had it serviced for us very quickly. The theatre room was a hit with everyone - however no one managed to make it through an entire movie, because the chairs reclined almost into a bed - zzzzzzz! A collection of DVD movies (not just VHS) and CD music or Sirius radio would be a nice touch to add to the theatre room/sound system throughout the house. The electric blankets in all bedrooms were especially appreciated by those who slept in the 2 lower bedrooms - nice and toasty! All and all we had a great vacation and hope to come back to Timberline Vista one day (when there is a ton of snow!) Thanks so much! The Wood and Gizuk Families,

We had a small family reunion for a week at this home in July of 2010. It was an absolutely amazing house with stunning views. We truly enjoyed sitting on the patio while grilling and enjoying the mountain views. The house was impeccably furnished and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the theater room and the hot tub was perfect. I only hope we can come back to stay here again some time!

I went here with a group of friends for a ski trip. It was in a great location and only a few minutes away from where we went skiing. Dillon is in between a lot of ski resorts and there are plenty of restaurants and stores that are by the house. This house is better than what is shown in the pictures. As soon as you walk in, you notice the open kitchen and layout of the house. There are unbelievable views of the mountains that can be seen pretty much anywhere thanks to the big windows throughout the rooms. The owners do a great job of keeping the place spotless and making it feel like a home. The rooms are kept impeccable and the beds are comfortable. There is a media room that is great for everyone to hangout and watch movies. This place exceeded my expectations for a vacation house. It feels like your own retreat up in the mountains. Thank you to the owners who did a great job in making their guests feel like they were at home.

My friends and I pursued this property as a vacation rental for a large group of us having a reunion in the Keystone/Breck ski areas in CO. It is conveniently located near both without being in the ski resort area. I could not have been more pleased with the house. The picts are accurate (and really don't do this place justice). It was a beautiful house, VERY large and spacious. We came with 8 people and were more than comfortable. We were all very pleased to see each bedroom had its own bathroom!! The hot-tub was very large (we had all 8 of us in there) and directly off one of the bedrooms or connecting to the kitchen deck balcony. The house sits a top a somewhat moderate hill with great views of 2 peaks. Had use of the 2 car garage. It was very clean with laundry units in house (we took advantage of as we were there a week). The contact person (Erin) was very courteous and helpful leaving us information and suggestions on local places and restaurants to visit. Overall I was very happy with this rental and would rent again!

My husband and I had an amazing time staying at this property. The home was magnificent and the views were outstanding! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away from it all to enjoy the peace, quite and tranquility of the Rockies! You will NOT be disappointed! Close enough to the town but far enough to feel away from it all!

First I would like to say that the area and house are beautiful. The mountain views are visible from all windows and especially great when relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We even made sure to take advantage of the theater room by watching the Oscars. The owners seemed to have thought of everything from instructions on how to operate the controllers, down to recommendations for dinner. The house itself, is perfectly situated by 5 ski resorts, which would be fun for the summer months for hiking and biking too. We can't wait to visit again!

This home is truly amazing! It far exceeds all expectations! The breathtaking views from the moment you enter the front door are second to none. There was more than enough room for our party of 8 to spread out and relax. The home offers generous sleeping quarters with comfortable beds and new and clean linens. All of the pictures and listing information are exactly what you can expect with this beautiful home. The hot tub is brand new and made for a perfect ending to each day. We would be thrilled to stay in this home for future visits as the location is ideally close to all of the popular ski resorts along with restaurants and shopping!
