Located just 4 miles from Disney’s main entrance in the upscale Indian Creek subdivision, thus providing a superior accommodation in the ideal location. This area, known as Splendid China, is the preferred area for guest home rental near Disney. There is a large plaza comprised of nearly a dozen restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store located on the corner as you turn off of 192 to head back to your home in Indian Creek.
This pool home has a superior layout available for as little as $700/wk. This stylish single story 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms home consists of two master suites, a fully equipped kitchen with a generous breakfast niche and spacious living and dining areas that comfortably accommodate the full complement of 10 occupants. The two M aster Suites have King Beds, the Third Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Bedrooms Four and Five both have two Twin Beds each. There is tile on the floor in all common areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. There is cable and TV/VCR’s in each Bedroom. For your gaming pleasure we have a Playstation 2, video Library, Board games and a game room for the kids.
The entire pool area is screened in and the property is landscaped with mature palm trees. As you exit out through the sliding doors from the home's spacious family room you enter the lanai pool area. Both master suites have direct access out to the patio. The spa’s heated water jets are easily engaged by turning a conveniently located timer switch.

I rented this property during my children's Spring break(April 2010), and this home was wonderful. Decor was very nice, and a lot of sq. footage.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
