Northshore Condominiums is a brand new property completed in early 2008. This unit is furnished and availability starts on January 1st. This complex is located close to the best of what the Valley of the Sun has to offer - we are 5 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, just across the bridge from Mill Avenue in Tempe, as well as walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment.
We are close to major freeways, and only 1 mile from the Light Rail Stop. The unit offers free secure underground parking, a heated pool and spa, secure entry and gated community. There is one king size bed and one queen size bed with two full baths.
The property is central, open, quiet and perfect for visitors looking for a great vacation. We are a 5 minute drive from Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training Facilities and 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix. This unit has everything you need for cooking, BBQ, relaxing, view balconies, gas fireplace and more.

I've been a general contractor for the last 10 years building luxury homes and LeDonna is one of the top commercial leasing agents across the valley. After 15 years of marriage we had two beautiful daughters Sienna and Savannah ages 1 & 3. Recommended for your Relaxing Get Away Nice Pool and Good location

We, 3 family members enjoyed a long-weekend stay at this condo. The listing description was accurate. We enjoyed having crushed and cubbed ice for our cold drinks dispensed right in the unit. Enjoyed the views from pool deck and the comfortable lounge chairs. Also enjoyed the water falls that spray into the pool. This is a convient location to sight see around Tempe and Scottsdale. The owner was pleasant to work with and provided good instuctions for access the keys and locks so getting around was easy. The Salty Senorita on Scottsdale Road was a fun place to enjoy some good drinks, hand made tortia chips, good food and homemade coconut flan, if you like flan. It was nice to have 1 King bed-room with a bathroom with (dual sinks) and 1 Queen bed-room with its bathroom which made it easy for us to get ready to go out. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
