Lots of light, huge screened in patio area with wonderful tropical views, furnished with table and 6 chairs, overhead fan, two lounge chairs & Webber BBQ Grill. This townhouse features two bedrooms plus a den with a couch that converts into a twin bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room has a 42' HDTV with Bose DVD surround .
The second level has two bedrooms, the Large master suite with king-size bed, huge shower area and two separate sinks with vanities. The Second bedroom features two twin beds and full bath with shower. The third bathroom on the first level adjacent to the den has a shower. Large eat-in kitchen looks into dining room and living room areas and has plenty of counter space. There is also a 1 car garage with washer/dryer. PGA national resort and spa features 5 championship golf courses. We are located off the 15th tee box of the Champ, home of the Honda Classic.

We bought this property because it provides Us with resort living from the comfort of our own home. Hotel ,Spa, Five Golf courses, complete workout facility. The dinning scene is great without leaving PGA Blvd. The mix of older people, working stiffs and young families with children keep the area vibrant.

My wife Karen and I Clint live in New York. I love to play golf and cook, my wife is a sun worshiper .PGA seemed a natural for us as it provides a great winter escape. Our Florida home has been furnished as our home, not as a rental.
