    We just returned from a one week stay. I was joined by my wife and two of our three kids. The townhouse was very clean, and well appointed with up to date furnishings. Plenty of room for the kids to spread out around the TV (although we were outside most of the time) and a fully functional kitchen with nice granite counters and all the necessary appliances. Frankly it was what I expected based on the description, The home is in quiet area and has a large lanai for sitting outside. There is a barbecue grill on the patio but the propane tank was empty so we didn't wind up using it. Our relatives live at PGA and several evenings we gathered for cocktails and one or two dinners in the townhouse. Everyone was comfortable due to the combination of space and furnishings. Clint, the homeowner was very helpful in making sure we were all set for a pleasant stay. Great communications before during and after our stay. I highly recommend if you are looking to spend time in Palm Beach Gardens, play some golf, visit with relatives or hit the beach (like Juno Beach which is a short drive away). FYI. Palm Beach Gardens offers a plethora of great shops and restaurants and has a nice, higher end feel. Doug

    This condo is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean, roomy, and exceptionally well stocked with kitchen utensils and other amenities useful to renters. It is well located and highly recommended.

    This property was even nicer than the pictures. Everything that might be needed in a home was provided. Clint and Karen have thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay. Their home is clean and immaculate. The bed was extremely comfortable. They were always available to answer questions and address concerns.

    From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. Decorated in a muted and comfortable decor, everything required was provided, from beach towels and freezers for beverages, to soap and detergent for dishes and baths. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and the large tv in the living room came equipped with bose speakers for DVD's, of which I brough several dozen to watch in the late evenings. Although it is 20 minutes from Jupiter Beach, I still did the drive each evening to watch the stars come out and walk along the beach. It was well worth it since it's a gorgeous beach with lighed walkway and the breezes made the 90 degrees seem like 80. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who wants to be ten minutes from Downtown, Whole Foods, good restaurants and just wants a lovely well kept place to call home while away from home.

    We rented the Hart’s beautiful townhouse for one week while we were visiting the Palm Beach Gardens area and only wished that our schedule had allowed for us to stay much longer. From the moment we walked in we fell in love with their home. The townhouse is decorated in beautiful earth tones and is equipped with everything you could possibly require. This home is not decorated like the typical rental home. Every room is so well appointed for their guest’s comfort. The screened in porch is so comfortable and private with a great barbeque, lounges and dining table and chairs. There are actually three dining areas (the eat-in-kitchen, the dining room and the patio). The pictures on the Internet are very nice but do not do this beautiful home justice. There is a community pool a short walk away that is one of the largest pools in PGA with many lounges and chairs for your use. Another thing that we also love about the area is you have your choice of wonderful restaurants, shopping, beaches and any cultural event you would choose to attend very close. We loved it enough that we have already recommended it to many of our friends and relatives. The Hart’s will be our first call when we plan to return to Palm Beach Gardens.

    We have been returning several years to this charming, beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, well equipped home on the 15th hole of the Champion golf course, at PGA National. The moment one steps foot into this home you immediately get the feeling of relaxation and comfort. The owners, Karen and Clint Hart, are a delight to work with. It is obvious that they take great pride in their Florida get away. One will never get bored with the five well kept golf courses at PGA National, a sports facility featuring a number of tennis courts, exercise facilities and croquet courts, The Palm Beach Gardens area is known for its many golf courses, restaurants, shopping malls and convenience to cultural and sporting events. We had a ball.

    Karen and Clint's property at 561 Prestwick Chase offers a great vacation address. We stayed for two weeks towards the end of 2011 and greatly enjoyed our time. The house was perfectly quite, perfectly clean and perfectly equipped.It's spacious, comfortable and well located. Whilst golf takes centre stage at PGA, the area has a lot more to offer to anybody interested in getting out and about. But what ever you get up to during the day I think you will be happy to return to #561 in the evening. We are, and have already booked a couple of weeks for later this year. It feels more like you've borrowed a house from a friend.

    Even nicer than the pictures! Everything is in pristine condition.The entry way garden is beautifully landscaped and is a private place to sit and relax a bit, as is the back porch. Clean, smoke free and pet free home. Imagine staying right next to the legendary "Bear Trap" (in your back yard). We feel very fortunate to have vacationed in such luxury and had no trouble making ourselves at home. The Prestwick Chase pool (very close) was perfect and the year round neighbors were very welcoming! Two weeks is not enough. Don't hesitate on this property. It is well worth the price! Prestwick Chase is very convenient to the PGA Resort.

    We very much enjoyed renting this prowrty. It was very lovely, clean and extremeyl well maintained- the owners take great pride in their property and we were very careful to take good care of everything. We really enjoyed staying at this very lovely townhouse. It provided everything we needed,was very clean and well maintained by the owners.     We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated, well furnished, comfortable home. Important to us is the comfort of the beds, sofas and chairs. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. The owners Clint and Karen Hart leave the pantry well stocked and they only ask that you replace anything you use. The home is situated on the 15th hole of the Champion golf course, great for viewing the Honda Classic. PGA National has five wonderful golf courses, a fitness center, and swimming pools. The Palm Beach Gardens area has many excellant restaurants, shopping malls, beaches, and cultural events. All are within easy driving distance. If needed, nearby are excellant medical facilities and doctors with all specialties. Our two grandchildren visited with their parents. The house easily accomodated everyone and there were many activities in the area to interest everyone. If one wishes to drive a little further Disney World and Cape Kennedy are within a 2 1/2 hour drive.

    It's like being in your own home... The unit is beautifully furnished, immaculately maintained and is equiped like a home, not a vacation rental property. From the first moment we entered the unit I knew we had made a great choice. I highly recommend this unit, Clint and Karen were a pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be returning.

    This is truly an amazing place. My three children (twin 10 year old daughters, and 20 year old son) and myself visited in mid December. The place is big enough for everyone to have their own space. The condo had EVERYTHING we needed, plus it was immaculate! So many times we travel and have to go shopping to get everything from salt and pepper to toilet paper and paper towels. Not here. There wasn't a detail that was missed. It's conveniently located to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. I'm a runner and there are plenty of walking and running paths to enjoy and explore. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend this place to people of all ages. A great place for a girls week/weekend get away, a family get away, or romantic get away. Love, love, loved this place. You can't go wrong!

    We rented the house for 1 week , and extended our stay for 1 extra week. The house has everything you need and is very well maintaned and decorated. We sure recomend this house, and we will be back.

The home is spacious, furniture extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated with many “homey” touches. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The screened in patio makes outdoor dining or entertaining a delight. We did not find the home lacking in anything. The Hart’s even provide a computer with internet access for all renters use. They are very trusting and terrific to work with. How many home owners leave liquor and food and only ask that you replace anything that you may consume? PGA National, and the area in general, provides great golf, many fine restaurants, great shopping and is only a short ride to the theater, beach and other activities. In case of an emergency, the area has fine medical facilities

    We spent an amzaing time at this property. There is not one thing we could ask for that the owners had not already thought about and put in the house. We grilled on the weber grill, used our club membership at the resort and enjoyed all the amenities of PGA. It was a pleasure working with the owners who responded immediately to every question and even helped quickly when I locked myself out. I have to add the property is beautiful and the house is decorated perfectly. There is plenty of room to unpackyour clothing and we we so comfortable. It truly was home away from home and we will return next year.

    my husband & i stayed at this pga townhouse for 1 month. we were delighted with everything about it: the layout is noice--very airy & roomy. furniture is clean, comfortable & stylish. nice, large lanai with a barbecue. kitchen is equipped with everything one could possibly need, & there are tons of items for entertaining. and there are lots of nice decorative details--you can tell that the owners took a lot of pride in designing the interior., & they were also very generous & on top of things. pga is a really nice complex, & the area has loads of good restaurants, malls, movies, etc. i highly recommend this rental!
