Year Purchased: 2001
My wife and I bought this property before the resort was even built. We fell in love with Sunset Beach when it was inhabited only by seagulls and crabs. Our walks along the beach and rocks from 1991 to 2001 were filled with so many memories that we knew we had to own a part of it!
