Home has air conditioning along with fans in all the rooms. Large yard with newly remodeled pool & fountains, outdoor seating. Very tropical feel. Our home is furnished for your stay. Our HOA provides guest passes to fitness club, volleyball, racquetball, tennis, basketball, olympic size pool (heated year round!), spa, fishing. Walk to Boat House Restaurant/Bar located on the gorgeous lake! We are centrally located near Rural & Baseline, off the 101!.
