It's a great place to see the greater Toronto area with convenient access to public transit and easy access to major highways 404, 401, 407 and 7.
The apartment is on the lower floor of a renovated purpose built triplex with new kitchen, new bath, central heat and air conditioning controlled from the apartment. There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen in addition to the dining room. The apartment is equipped with new appliances and furnishings including very comfortable high quality king sized bed, cotton linens, and goose down duvets. There is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room for occasional guests. The building is non smoking, no pets and very quiet. Onsite laundry in a high efficiency front load washer and dryer is included. The apartment is fully equipped and comes with a starter pack so all you need to bring are your personal items to enjoy your stay. It's a great home away from home!
