I'm an artist and adjunct Associate professor at Pace University Hunter College, where I teach painting and drawing. I'm represented by the Adam Baumgold Gallery in New York City.
Why the Owner Chose Gallatin
It is a beautiful, peaceful comfortable and inspiring place to live or vacation. It is close to the booming, popular town of Rheinbeck and Hudson. Filled with great antique stores and terrific restaurants. It has a thriving and growing community of artist and galleries. The annual County Fair at Rheinbeck is not to be missed. Olana where Frederick Church the celebrated Hudson River Painter is 20 minutes away. Ski resorts such as Butternut and Windham are close by as well as many golf clubs.
