The private ski lodge on the main floor provides a easy oasis after a day of skiing or mountain biking. This lodge has a large screen TV, Fireplace, restrooms, ski-lockers, and plenty of seating. Kick your skis off and relax with a hot chocolate in front of the fire - this is the perfect apres ski! Afterwards, ride the elevator upstairs and enjoy your home away from home.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is a truly unique property in Colorado. You walk out the door literally on the slopes or mountain bike trails. Within walking distance is world-class fly fishing, and an easy drive to Winter Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Grand Lake. This is a brand new (finished in 2009) condo that offers the best of mountain living. The condo is very clean, quiet, and well furnished.

We were born and raised in Colorado and have always loved the mountains. We spend our time with the kids skiing, mountain biking and hiking around the beautiful Rocky Mountains! In the summer we love to golf and fly fish, or climb throughout Rocky Mountain National Park and beyond. We are a very active family with diverse interests, which is why Granby was our first choice for a mountain home.
