Located on the 18th fairway and close to the green of Ahwatukee Country Club golf course, an over 55 community (sorry, no kids allowed). The patio home is on a quiet cul-de-sac tree lined street and has all the comforts of home! All linens, towels, and paper products are included in the rental and you have the ability to store your golf clubs in the attached two car garage. Enjoy a round of reasonably priced golf at Ahwatukee Country Club, or take a short drive to the exquisite Whirlwind Golf Resort at Sheraton Wild Horse Pass, or visit Ocotillo Golf Resort for a challenging round on a course with plenty of water.
Spend the evening watching the sunset over South Mountain from the attached, screened lanai room, or on the generous sized patio off of the living room/kitchen area. Overall, this is a house to relax and enjoy the weather at low, low rates!
Arizona is home to many scenic and historic attractions and many of them are within minutes from this golf course home. Head to South Mountain Park, the largest city park in the United States boasting 16,500 acres at 11 miles across, or for shoppers, Arizona Mills Outlet Mall with over 175 outlet stores including Neiman Marcus, Sak's 5th Avenue, Donna Karan and Ralph Lauren. The Chandler Fashion Center, features over 200 stores, including Nordstroms, Abercrombies, Dillards, California Pizza Kitchen and the Pottery Barn.
Within a short drive are many local attractions including: the Phoenix Zoo, Desert Botanical Gardens, Red River Music Hall, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Mill Avenue shops, over 150 golf courses, ASU’s Gammage Theatre, Firebird International Raceway, Phoenix area professional sports (MLB, NBA, NHL, and NFL), and much, much more...
Phoenix is also a hub to many other sought after locations - take a four hour drive to Mexico or the Grand Canyon, and Sedona is only a stop off the beaten path from the route to the Canyon. - The Phoenix area is well known for golfing, and has over 150 golf courses. Our golf course home is located on the Ahwatukee Country Club Golf Course with many other courses nearby, including the well known Wild Horse Pass Resort's Whirlwind Golf Course. Our golf home is also located close to three casinos, one at the Wild Horse Pass Resort, and only 15 minutes away.

We live in Arizona, about 5 miles from the Ahwatukee golf course home and love golfing in the area. This house was a perfect house for visiting friends and family.

We enjoy sitting on the side patio, or in the lanai room, just relaxing and watching the golfers. South Mountain provides wonderful breezes and sunsets to watch while enjoying the beautiful Arizona outdoor weather.

Everything about this property is exceptional. The items in the listing are accurate. It was extremely clean and in a great location. The owners were very cooperative and we felt very welcome.

This lovely, two bedroom home was clean, nicely decorated and contained nice amenities. There was updated painting, great new carpeting, and new floors. The furniture and bedding were comfortable as well as aesthetically pleasing. There were nice "little" touches: flashlights hanging in the kitchen, throws over the sofa and a lovely pad on the master bed. Directions to local stores were posted in the garage. We joined the recreation club which offered a lot of activities. It is a great location: close to I-10 (but, not too close).
Recommended for:Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+.

Great place to stay, however, my wife could not take a bath as the plug in the tub didn't work. She doesn't care for showers.
Owner response:We checked out the tub plug and it worked, but was tough to close, so we replaced it! The tub is all set for future renters wanting to relax!
