This new cozy condo is located in a complex with spectacular views of Ixtapa Bay and the surrounding mountains. It is conveniently located in a Golf Club Residential area just a few minutes away from Ixtapa’s trendy boulevard, fine dining and exclusive shopping.
From your terraces you will enjoy lovely views of the Pacific Ocean, Lush Vegetation and Enormous Swaying Palm Trees, all framed by intense blue skies. During the evenings you will be captivated by brilliant stars and gleaming lights.
This small Complex of only 12 units was built in a modern Mexican Style. The finishings and furniture are of fine quality materials, and the interior décor includes beautiful handcrafted items from the region. The condo is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a washer and dryer, but at the same time you will find traditional dishware and other items all of which evoke the atmosphere of a charming Mexican Home. There is a lovely granite kitchen and beautiful marble bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a terrace overlooking the bay, and the guest bedroom may have two twin size beds or a king size bed.
For your piece of mind the complex has 24 hour security.
A sparkling pool is situated in a garden setting on the property with incredible views of the Pacific Ocean for your pleasure. You can enjoy swimming under the radiant sun during the day and the starry sky in the evening.
During your stay, we want to offer you an opportunity to experience the best of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo, and of Mexico. A guide to various beaches and places of interest will be located in your condo. You will also find shopping tips and tour suggestions for your convenience. As our guests you will not only be provided with a truly wonderful Mexican vacation and adventure; we will also provide interesting points about the area and its resources and secrets. By coming to Ixtapa, you will have the chance to experience the best of both worlds: the comfort of a new development, extraordinarily maintained, exclusive and safe, as well as the old fishing village of Zihuatanejo, now the commercial heart of the region, which is just a few minutes away from Ixtapa.
Transportation in and around the area is readily available and reasonable. There are an abundance of Taxis, Buses, Rental Cars and Private Limo Services. Should you wish, you can have a driver waiting outside your door at a relatively low cost! We will provide you with the name of a reliable English speaking driver who can and will take you anywhere. Or, for just a few dollars, you will be taken to any one of the many Beaches, Restaurants, Tourist Attractions and/or Areas to Shop. Should you choose to stay at home we will provide you with a list of all the places where you can find the best food, groceries, and the freshest seafood caught daily by the Local Fishermen.
Everything will be provided so that you can enjoy, relax and have a great vacation.
While staying in our Condominium our on-site staff will provide you with everything that you may need or want, from providing clean linens and towels to fresh coffee even down to the hand and liquid soap. You will be provided with a maid who will service your unit; who can also cook, wash and iron for you for only a small extra charge.
You may be able to try some special Mexican dishes prepared especially for you. You may choose to dine inside your condo or on your private terrace enjoying breath taking views while having at your table any number of local dishes including fresh salsa, beans and hand made tortillas as well as fresh ceviche and tiritas (a Zihuatanejo fish specialty), and so much more.

Mamma Norma and Liza are mother and daughter. Your hosts have been living in the area for more than three decades. This home was a gift of love to Liza by her mother. Liza is ever grateful and gladly offering to share this condo with you and your love ones.
Mamma Norma is a charming warm Italian woman who pioneered here in the 70’s and founded a tradition of fine cuisine and warm friendly service. She is a well known personality in all of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo; and as her guests you will be treated to the best service found anywhere in the world. Mama Norma has local restaurants that are now managed by a Canadian Chef and a Mexican Gentlemen of which you will receive discounted prices should you choose to enjoy the cuisine.
