Ocean View Paradise is located in the Puntas section of Rincon. Rincon is best known for some of the best surfing in Puerto Rico. You will be only a three minute walk to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Sandy Beach and the famous Tamboo Bar & restaurant. You can sit on the beach and have your food or drinks delivered right to your chair! We have beach chairs available for your use.
During the winter months you may also see humpback Whales passing by in the ocean during February and March. You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars and small grocery store for your convenience. We have the most spectacular view of the ocean and surrounding area right from our pool deck. With our infinity edge pool and view you may not want to leave at all!!
During the winter months my husband and myself maintain the property so any problems or questions about the area we are there to help. Hope to see you in Rincon!!

- We have a beautiful garden area with hammocks for you to relax in. During the winter months from late December threw mid May our jacuzzi is available upon request. Our washer and dryer is located on the house level avail to all guests of Ocean View Paradise. We have a beautiful waterfalls next to the studio that will be operating threw the winter months for your enjoyment.

Our stay in Rincon was excellent! The studio was very nice, well equipped with everything you could need. The whole property is beautiful! The location is great, walking distance from the beach and restaurants and just a short drive from the main town of Rincon, beaches, and other attractions. The owners are also nice and very helpful. Highly recommended!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.
With places like this, there is no need to stay at the Ritz!!! ;)

This is truly an exceptional place with lots of amenities and an excellent location! We are stunned to have found such a wonderful place and are planing to return and rent a couple of apartments amongst my friends. It is a very well thought house with many posibilities; a romantic getaway, a family or friends reunion, I think even a wedding!! We went for our wedding aniversary with our 2 year old son who thought the pool was his own private bathtub and the hammocks where his personal swings, he had a blast! Dianna was very accomodating and wonderful to work with. I would say, look no further, if this is available and you can afford it, BOOK IT!!!!!

Dianna and Gino have several very well-designed apartments for rent in a large mansion overlooking the ocean. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the location was great and the private pool was a neat bonus. Our apartment was very comfortable, clean, and private; the perfect launching grounds for day trips down the coast or lounging zone for days spent between the house and the beach. Rincon/Puntas was a great town to spend five days in, the locals were very helpful and there was much to do/see/eat within a short drive. We look forward to visiting again!

Our studio is a great place for a honeymoon or just a quick getaway for a weekend. The main house sits above the studio with 5 bedrooms that can also be rented for a large group or family gathering. We always love to see our guests expression when they get a view of the ocean and our grounds from the pool deck. My husband Gino and myself spend the winters in Rincon and have been going to the area for 16 years.We maintain the house while we are there and when we are not in Rincon my manager Mark meets my guests. We feel their is no better place to enjoy tropical weather all year long and one of the best surfing areas in the world!! Hope to see ya in Rincon!!

If you prefer a vacation where you can experience some local culture but want a comfortable secure place to stay this the spot. The beach is just steps away, great surfing waves or calm water near by if you like it more peaceful. The studio is separate from the main house. It has a full kitchen if you want to eat in, with great views on the porch for happy hour. Eating out is also an easy option, lots of local restaurants near by. Nightlife too.. Dianne and Genio we're perfect hosts. We'll be sure to return.

We loved Rincon Puerto Rico!! This was a wonderful property to stay at. Dianna & Gino were great hosts. Just a short walk to the beach and several stores & restaurants. Loved the relaxed area, very romantic and great view of the wave break. We look forward to coming back next year!! Loved it!!! Wonderful place to stay!!
