This newly completed custom home has beautiful hand crafted woodwork, huge bathrooms with oversize tubs and custom tile work. Trees cover the property. There is a deep driveway with lots of parking space on and off the road. The two story great room houses the large kitchen, a wood burning fireplace and 2 seating areas.
The kitchen has a 12 foot long island with a granite countertop, 5 burner gas cooktop, 2 dishwashers and seating for 6. The dining room table seats twelve and additional folding tables are available. A mounted projector in the great room makes it the perfect setting for large meetings.
There is a laundry room on each floor and a Master Suite on each floor. 9 of the bedrooms have queen beds and 1 bedroom has two twin beds. Portable cribs and cots are available for children. The unfinished attic has a fooseball table and air hockey. A large patio offers an outdoor gathering place. This property is located just off Lick Creek Road 2 blocks from Ponderosa State Park Beach.

Owner's grandfather ran sheep and cattle in the mountains around McCall and his descendents still gather in McCall every year to enjoy its beauty, their heritage and each other.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We love that our entire extended family can be together while still allowing everyone to have their space. We ride our bikes around the lake, down to the beach, and up to Loon Lake to see the downed WWII B23 Bomber. We watch family movies on the projected screen and make huge meals in the kitchen. We gather around the big kitchen table to play games.
