Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is 1200 square ft. This unit at Sea Trail Resort has the living room and the kitchen separated by a full length bar with bar stools. The kitchen contains a full sink in the bar as well as a stove, cook-top range, refrigerator and a microwave. The unit boast a comfortable couch and oversized chair with a coffee table.
The living room has a television, DVD, library of books and DVD. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds, television and a full bathroom. The second bedroom, also known as a guest suite, includes 2 queen beds, full bath, television/DVD, full refrigerator, coffee maker, couch and a small table for 2. The villa is an end unit and allows a lot of sunlight as opposed to an interior unit. A sliding glass door allows easy access to a screened in porch with a view of the golf course.
This beautiful, private 3rd floor golf villa is overlooking #16 on the Byrd course. The view from the screened in porch is spectacular as you can view the tee box as well as the green! There is a pool directly across from the front of the villa and an elevator in the building for added convenience.
Our villa is located in Sunset Beach, NC one of the best kept secrets. The Sea Trail Resort is famous for its 3 beautiful golf courses. If you love playing golf or to love to lounge on the beach. Enjoy one of the widest and cleanest beaches in NC or the Sea Trail’s 3 championship golf courses, William Bird, Rees Jones and Dan Maples courses.
Most recently, the golf courses at Sea Trail in Sunset Beach, NC were named by Brunswick Beacon readers as the "Reader's Choice Best Golf Courses in Brunswick County for 2008-2009". And again in 2009 was named "America's Best Residential Courses of Distinction" by Golf week magazine for the 4th year in a row. Sea Trail is a golf and beach experience you will not want to miss.

I live in the Washington DC metro area and wanted a beach/golf resort I could travel to for long weekends and summer vacations.
Why the Owner Chose Sunset Beach
Our family fell in love with Sunset Beach first, then in love again with the Champions Villa at Sea Trail Golf Resort. We love the beach, golf and the weather! We are looking forward to retiring (not soon enough) to this villa!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The 2 BR villa is perfect for family and friends. We had my extended family for Thanksgiving and we had a ball. We have 3 TV's (cable), Free Internet access and quite a few DVD's for your viewing pleasure!
