NEWLY RENOVATED GREAT LOCATION VILLA
Two story villa. 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a loft upstairs. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The loft has a queen sofa bed and TV. The first floor has a bedroom with a king bed and TV, and a full bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is open to the living and dinning area. The living room has a garden view and a view of the 11th tee of the Ocean Course. The are 3 TVs, 2 flat screens, VCR and DVD players. WiFi. Patio has a gas grill.
A 10 minute walk, 5 minuet bike ride and a 3 minute car ride, to access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, bar and restaurant. There is nightly summer entertainment at the Beach. One-eighth of a mile walk to Ocean and Heron Point Golf Course, pro shop, fitness center, driving range and practice greens for putting and short game. The bike rental shop is also there. Harbour Town is less then 2 miles. The Salty Dog is about 3 miles Both are an easy bike ride. Pool access.

We had a great week in this lovely villa. Our coffee pot broke and we saw the owner and mentioned it, and she brought us a new one that same day. We were very pleased and would recommend this villa.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
