Absent prior arrangements, the House on the Corner will be ready at 3PM on your arrival day and departure time is noon. Please let us know if you have particular needs.
There is no formal check in/check out. Your key will be located in the key lock box at your front door. Separate instructions with the code will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. Please simply leave the key inside when you depart.
The "House on the Corner" is located at 101 East Dallas Marfa, TX. Within walking distance of many Art Galleries, restaurants, etc.
We provide 100% refund for a cancellation 14 or more days before arrival. Any refunds after that are subject to our ability to re-rent your dates.
The "House on the Corner" is strictly a Non-Smoking and No-Pets rental. Guests may smoke outside but are requested to please dispose of all smoking materials properly. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Marfa can be very quiet from Sunday evening through Tuesday evening (except for Monday holiday weekends) and many things close. You can eat-see "Dining Newsflash" following--and do the many activities available to you or simply relax and enjoy an exhilarating, smog free environment. Activities such as the Chinati tours, for example, are Wed-Sun.

I am a native of Marfa, TX. Born in 1959 and raised there through high school/college. It is a place I call home and holds a very dear spot in my heart. I have been to many places in the world but Marfa holds my heart.
