My husband & I stayed Jan. & Feb.2013. The condo is great and the location is even better. It is close to everywhere. We went to see the Phillies, we went to Tampa Bay Downs and to Tarpon Springs. The condo has everything you would need. The pool area is just a walk around the building. There are gas grills right on the water so you can bring a cocktail and enjoy while cooking. There are many great restaurants right in the area. The owners are very nice and if there are any problems it is taken care of immediately. It is basically an older crowd so it is nice and quiet. Everyone is very friendly. We are planning to stay here next year also. There is a Happy Hour at 4 pm every day!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: My name is John McMahon and I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my wife and three kids. I enjoy the beaches of Florida and the mountains of Colorado, so owning this Treasure Island property has given me the best of both worlds in my life
Why the Owner Chose Treasure Island:
I spent many years visiting Florida since the time I was a kid and have grown to love the tropical beaches of the Gulf Coast. I brought my family to Tampa and lived there for six years before my career took me to Colorado. During that time we relaxed on the beaches in Treasure Island virtually every weekend and decided it made sense to buy a property to make our frequent trips more convenient. The move to Colorado has afforded me the opportunity to share our condo with others now since we cannot be there as much as we'd like
