Cottage is not luxurious but simple, yet has everything you need. Big deck, interior or exterior eating, GREAT King bed plus TWO queen beds. Ceiling fans. Property is 1/3 acre. Neighbors are near but not close. Cross a wooden footbridge and natural fish pond to access cottage from parking area and rural street. Great area for biking, jogging, walking, exploring. Great restaurants, golfing, shopping a short drive away.

Year Purchased: 1976
I grew up in the islands, child of Hawaii, graduate of Punahou. Our family has roots here, since the days of the monarchy. We know no other home, though we are college graduates of mainland universities (and world travelers.) I love the ranches of Waimea and the oceanfront of Puako, the horses and the fish, the greens and the blues of grass, sea, sky. I am older now, and not full of strong opinions. I love to hear the personal stories of each person that comes to Puako, so unique, so endearing. I look forward to meeting you.
Why the Owner Chose Puako
This is our family beach house. We have owned on this oceanfront since its inception in the 1950's. It represents peace, paradise, sharing and caring. There is no finer oceanfrontage.
