This is a wonderful Luna Di Lusso condo at Lake Las Vegas. It is considered a "partial lake view" unit and is nicely furnished and in great condition. This condo does not get rented through Aston and has several upgrades compared to standard units, including a new Sub Zero fridge, and high end linens and towels. It has a private balcony, from which you can see the lake and the village. There are lots of activities in and around Lake Las Vegas, something for everyone.
This is the largest 1br model available, at 712 square feet. It has a kitchenette with an under counter ref/freezer w/ ice maker, a two burner cook top and a large microwave. It has an oversize dining/living area in lieu of the full size kitchen.

I really love being able to be fairly close to all the action in Las Vegas, but stay in a quiet area with lots of family activities as well.

We elected to spend part of our kid's spring break at Lake Las Vegas. It proved to be a tremedous success with the whole family. The condo is clean, comfortable and easily accessible to the amenities of Lake Las Vegas. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The kitchenette facilities make it easy to eat meals at the condo so you do not have to eat out every meal. The unit and the resort is beautiful and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this location to others. In fact we already have, and they are making plans to visit as soon as they can.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I vacationed in the Luna Di Lusso community of Lake Las Vegas. This condo was perfect for us. It was VERY CLEAN, quiet, and had all the needed amenities. The property has a nice pool and an exercise room. The owner of the condo was great to deal with; very prompt in answering our e-mails. All in all, we had a great vacation.

This was our first experience with VRBO. Treg responded to our questions in a very timely manner and made the process seamless. The condo was exactly as described and immaculate. There was a coffee maker, hair dryer and iron/ironing board in addition to the listed amenities.The condo is 20/25 minutes away from Las Vegas and the airport. The Hoover Dam and Lake Mead were very convenient. The Grand Canyon was a pleasant five hour drive. The pool was a refreshing respite from long days of sightseeing. The underground garage was a plus and our teen did his routine weightlifting in the modern fitness center. Unlike the previous review it was very quiet during our stay. The only snag was when we checked in the clerk could not find our reservations, but assured us immediately not to be concerned.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.

We stayed here for two months - March and April,2010. This beautiful condo in Lake Las Vegas is just as nice as the pictures. The view from the patio is fabulous. What was very nice is the unit is located directly across from the elevator with direct access to the garage and a short walk out the door to the pool. We were a little disappointed that the casino closed the day we arrived. Our only other disappointment was the noise level of people parting in the parking lot that were not even guest at the resort. The owners were very accomodating. This was our first experience "snowbirding" and we had a wonderful time. Just wish we had been a little luckier at the casinos!! Thank you for such a lovely vacation Trex,and we hope to return next year as well.
