The master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), These features along with a huge triple mirror closet and vanity will make getting ready that much easier. All 4 bedrooms are located upstairs, the kitchen, living room, family room, outdoor living space with fire pit, gas BBQ, half bath are on the first level.
GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
Bedroom #1 features a Queen Size bed with side tables & lamps. This room also includes a 19" LCD flat panel with DVD/VHS.
Bedroom #2 has access out onto private balcony and is furnished with a trundle beds and kids lounge chair this room sleeps 2 people. You can push the 2 twins together to make a king bed. This room has double mirrored closet and 10' arched ceiling with transit windows
Bedroom #3 is a little smaller and also has access out onto private balcony and is furnished with a trundle bed and small bean bag. This room also has 10' arched ceiling and transit windows.

Why the Owner Chose Costa Mesa
I bought this charming Newport/Mesa home to escape the desert heat. My family and I love the beach and enjoy the many activities that Newport Beach has to offer. This is a fabulous location here in Orange County. We love the fact that you are only 10 minutes from the beach, Best Shopping Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Angel Stadium, Honda Center where the Duck's play hockey and The Orange County Performing Arts. This is the very best location and you can get to L.A or San Diego in 45 minutes as long as there is no traffic.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We especially love to come home from the beach play a game of tennis, swim laps in the extra large pool or just lounge and enjoy our beautiful weather. The Jacuzzi is extra warm so you can enjoy the cool evenings pool side. We have a great fire pit on our back patio that we use when dining outside in the winter months.
Newport Bay easily accessible to residents of Orange County and beyond. Many people come here to hike, cycle, canoe, kayak, fish or simply enjoy nature.
Shop on Saturday and Sunday in one of the largest open air markets. Sunglasses, handbags, clothes, sporting goods, golf clubs, plants, pots, fountains, furniture and anything else you can think of.

My family recently stayed at this condo while we were in southern California and it is a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, bright and the kids loved the pool. It had everything you need to make your stay personal and feel like home. I liked its close proximity to the many OC beaches and the beach chairs and beach toys in the garage were great to use on our daily trips. Nancy was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The book with tips and local places to visit were a nice touch to help us plan our days in the area. We will be back soon! Marcello

We stayed here while visiting family who live in Huntington Beach. The condo is clean and bright and had plenty of kitchen supplies to support 8-10 people. The location was convenient to the beach, San Diego and airport. Love the decor and patio...great place to watch the hummingbirds zip by. Kids also loved the pool. We'd definitely return....was a pleasure!

My wife and I put all our stuff in storage and have been traveling from one vacation home to another for a few years now and can tell you that this is the nicest place we have stayed at so far. You get much more than you pay for at this place. This is more than a vacation home, it is a home away from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with every convenience you could ever want. The location is perfect if you plan on seeing a lot of california. Being only a few minutes from the airport is great for the days you travel. The place is large but for the price it is even great for business travelers. The owner put a lot of effort into designing the nautical theme. Nancy (the owner) was very nice, easy to work with and easy to get ahold of. One feature she does not mention in her add is that it has an att uverse DVR which is great for watching tv when you want to. This house is away from all freeways and major streets so it is very quite and safe. When we travel back to socal we will definitely stay here again. Thank you again Nancy

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The home is completely remodeled and upgraded. High quality materials throughout. Loved the patio and firepit in the evening. We were close to everything, shopping, Starbucks, the beach, you name it. We definitely will be going back.
