"Agua" (Water) welcomes you as you enter Casa Agua. Watch the video on link!
Location: Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Mayan Riviera, Mexico (One Hour from Cancun Airport, 15 Min. from Playa Del Carmen)
Accommodations: House, 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths (Sleeps 12-13)
This home that I am presenting is a modern jewel. My brother, an experienced architect/engineer, was the builder of Casa Agua and he took his time to make it perfect. It was built to be enjoyed by him & his family, so there was no sparing in the details to make it a most pleasurable and comfortable space. As you enter the front door the sight of blue water invades you, pool preceding a broad ocean view, making it seem as if your living room barely stands above water level.
High ceiling rooms, a play of symmetrical windows, natural stones and wood architectural elements give you a sense of spaciousness and natural abundance. Every bedroom has a cozy private bathroom and a unique personality. The views out of the bedrooms are stunning. This home has a top of the line complete, fully equipped modern kitchen. I love the fact that there is a semi open kitchen to the social areas of the house, which allows the incorporation of everyone to the celebration of being there. A wonderful wooden deck with comfortable decor awaits your relaxed state when you choose to be in front of the pool & ocean.
Located in a quiet upscale section of oceanfront houses you will have the privacy you wish for while having Puerto Aventuras town only a walk away. If I had to name this home again I would call it the house of "Joy"! Wonderful moments await for you, your family and friends just like it did with all of us. I am currently living 5 minutes away from Casa Agua in case of any emergency and will make sure your stay is pleasant.

Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2008
I am originally from Mexico and have lived abroad in different countries in Europe and America most of my adult life working for multinational companies. In 2005 I decided to come back to Mexico from Denmark with my two girls, 12 and 10 years old to live a more peaceful and natural lifestyle. After careful research of potential cities to live in we decided to come to Puerto Aventuras for good. It is a fantastic place to have kids grow up in, people use golf cars as transportation, time goes by slowly, nature embraces you daily, beaches are gorgeous, weather is great and it is a fun place to wake up to.
The Riviera Maya, is a combination of carefree natural beach and jungle living, a cosmopolitan flavor plus strong local culture. This combination makes up for a great place to settle in or visit.
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Aventuras
Beautiful marinas, lovely beaches, cosmopolitan restaurants, multiple water sports, fishing, golf, tennis, jungle hideaways, cenotes, plus a hugely interesting cultural aspect of the Mayan inheritance are all at your feet when you arrive to Puerto Aventuras. It is a very interesting setting for tourism, a critical point where culture, nature & nightlife converge.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Please watch the video I made so you can have a taste of what Casa Agua is like. They say an image is worth a thousand words, so please take a look. We have shared so many happy moments here, my brother, his kids, my sister in law, my children, parents and all our dear friends. Do come and relax! I know you will want to come back! :-)
