This studio has a bedroom area and a living area with a fold-out futon. The kitchen is equipped with a table for dining and stove, refrigerator and microwave, plus all utensils. The apartment is located in a secured building with keyed access and has coin operated laundry facilities on-site. This apartment has everything you will need for your stay, and in the comfort of your own apartment.
We are located just 10 minutes away from San Francisco where there are endless restaraunts, nightlife, and many activities like; Fishermans Wharf (you can take Ferry from Oakland), Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, Metreon Movie complex, many museums and shopping.
We are also a scenic 45-minute drive to the Napa Valley for wonderful eating and wine tasting. We are also about 10 minutes from UC Berkeley
Bart (our local subway) is walking distance and there are plenty of bus lines to get you all over the Bay Area.

The location of this building is so close to everything a person coming to the Bay Area would want, that we thought we would open one unit up for a vacation rental.

This property is close to transportation, Bart, AC Transit and Amtrak. It is walking distance to downtown Oakland where you can find nightlife. Grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment are all in this immediate area. This apartment is fully equipped with internet, TV, functional kitchen with table and utensils, and a full bathroom with a tub.

This apartment is located in a building my family has owned for over twenty years. Our office is onsite, so we get to take advantage of the views of the lake and easy access to everything. We decided to open up one unit for a vacation rental because when we travel we have used VRBO and have had great experiences, so we'd like others to enjoy what we get to experience every day.
