Great spacious Naples home located in Lely development. Two bedrooms, den with sofa bed, living room with large screen TV and an additional sofa bed, separate social/sitting room connected to the formal dining room and lanai, fully equipped kitchen with sitting area looking into the enclosed pool/lanai. Great pole fishing in the pond right in the back yard!
Sleeping Accommodations: The Master bedroom suite includes a king size bed, spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and separate shower, two walk in closets and patio door to a large screened lanai. The guest bedroom comfortably furnished with a queen bed, dresser and sitting area. The den is furnished with a sleeper sofa, desk and closet. An additional sleeper sofa is located in the main living room.
Fully equipment kitchen with a breakfast table and center island. The kitchen has all expected amenities, including microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator with door-access water and ice, pantry and all necessary dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. Full dining room with adjacent living/sitting room. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Towels, linens, most toiletries provided.
Lanai: large lanai area with private swimming pool and attached hot tub overlooking the pond with views of the beautiful sunset and sunrise! Additional large covered sitting area in the lanai furnished with table, love seat, chairs, recliners for sunning, gas grill - great for relaxing and entertaining.
The Players Club located in Lely offers all of the amenities plus! Check out the Players Club website. Large pool with waterfalls, large lap pool, kids pool, professional tennis courts, basketball, bocce ball, massages, pool, computers, exercise room, dining area - a must do!
Golfing: Lely’s Flamingo Island course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, was hailed as “America’s Best” by Golf Week Magazine and received four stars from Golf Digest. The Mustang course, designed by Lee Trevino, is over 7100 yards long and provides an incredible challenge to any golfer. These two famous courses are extremely well maintained and are located right in Lely Resort. The clubhouse has a well supplied pro shop and locker room with showers. After a day of golf, enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails at the clubhouse restaurant and bar, which overlooks the course.

Our family enjoys everything about the Naples area. Having recently owned a coach home in the same Lely development, our purchase of a home has been extremely enjoyable. We are fortunate to have great neighbors and be part of a great community. We look forward to the day when we can retire in our Lely home. We want your stay to be nothing, but enjoyable!
