The Crown Mansion is situated on 6 beautiful acres and is the centre point of this development. Adjacent to the 15 acre Heritage Forest with it's old growth ancient canopy and walking trails. The Mansion has been fully renovated to her original Grace and Luxury. Exquisite details such as rare wood paneling, elaborate crystal chandeliers, detailed crown moldings, are just some of the quality features retained from the past. Built in 1912 and rich in tradition and history, the Crown Mansion once entertained celebrities and royalty such as Bing Crosby, John Wayne, and the King of Siam. The complete restoration included an addition that is indistinguishable from the parent Mansion. In the recently built new section are the newly created Crown Mansion Villas, which continue the tradition of elegant living with flexibility. My Villa offered for rent is 1030 sq. ft. of luxury including: gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and crown moldings, 2 gas fireplaces, air conditioning, air-jetted tub, private veranda, underground parking with elevator, fully furnished with new furnishings and decor. The Memorial Golf Course is across the street with ocean and mountain views. Just a short stroll to miles of sandy beach and the estate mansions of Judge's Row. Walk to Qualicum Village and enjoy the boutique shops and sidewalk cafes or jump on the train and take the scenic ride to Victoria, B.C.

Greetings fellow travelers, Bruce and myself, Cindy are originally from Vancouver B.C. We have lived in Qualicum Beach for 20 years and have never looked back. Some call this piece of paradise "Carmel of the North". We live in a temperate banana belt, the warmest in Canada, with an incredible array of interesting sight seeing and endless adventure. From our clean swimming ocean, lakes, caves, long sandy beaches and beautiful Provincial Parks to our cultural arts and heritage, there's no place like it. You won't be dissapointed.

This is so totally unique, there is no resort condo like it on Vancouver island.

All guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the Mansion amenities such as the Crown Mansion Lounge which is unchanged since 1912, with it's ornate woodwork overlooking the Memorial Golf Course and ocean views. Tennis courts are also available to guests.
