We just stayed at this fantastic house for the Thanksgiving break. Sure, all the PGA West places look similar, however this place was heads and tails above all the others I have stayed in. Why? Attention to detail. The house was spotless upon arrival. The owners clearly have appointed the home as if it was their primary residence, not a rental. The location was the best. Great light, great views, and the added benefit of big horned sheep residing across the fairway. When I am renting through VRBO, my number one concern is comfort. This place on the Palmer Private course was as comfortable as they come. The pool was perfect for the kiddos, as well as the adults and the back yard area was ideal for just hanging out. We'll certainly be back!

The owners have done a fabulous job at making this home the Perfect Stay! The view, the decor, the amenities will make you feel like you are at home......but even better! Attention was given to every detail inside and outside of the home. The home itself far exceeds the photos; however, I'm not sure photos can capture the true beauty of this home and its location. Thank you for providing us with such an awesome vacation. We will definitely return.

The description of this home is not exaggerated! It is clean, beautifully decorated, with every imaginable amenity. The backyard view of the 16th hole and the Santa Rosa mountains is truly breathtaking. It is so quiet. The only sounds are of birds, wind in the trees, and occasional sprinklers. The layout is so private that, other than an occasional golfer (from 10AM to 5PM), the panoramic view is undisturbed. We were a little concerned about coming to this location during the summer. But it was not a problem. It was very pleasant outside in the morning and late into the evening. We simply went to the pool or stayed indoors during the hottest part of the day. Even the garage was air-conditioned.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this fabulous house the week after the Bob Hope Classic. A neighbor told us an Australian pro golfer and his family had stayed here during the tournament and he had finished in the top ten. It didn't help my game, but the pictures just can't capture the attention to detail here. This house felt like it was decorated as a second home for the owner. On second thought, it looked like a primary residence! We look forward to returning as soon as possible.
