Large two story condo in quiet, shady garden setting only steps from the ocean yet close to shopping, restaurants, post office, banks, churches, salons, gyms, grocery store, etc. Condo is remodeled and has recently been furnished.
Upstairs loft bedroom has new queen bedroom set and full bath which has been recently updated. Downstairs is spacious and has a bedroom with the option of twin beds or a king. Large living room has enough room to add an air mattress or cot for extra sleeping. Kitchen has new appliances and dining table seats 4. Lanai faces south for year round enjoyment. This part of the complex is very quiet and stays cool all year round. Complex is very well kept and amenities include a beautiful pool, hot tub, and barbeque/outdoor kitchen/dining area poolside but undercover.
Owner lives in Maui and enjoys the peace and serenity this unit offers. The location is awesome being steps from the ocean yet close to so many shops and restaurants. Keys to the gates of the shopping areas adjoining make it even more convenient to walk to dinner, lounges, the gym or just about anything you could want. Parking is plentiful and bus access is nearby.

I love the serenity I feel when I'm in my unit at Kihei Garden Estates. I can easily walk to the beach or to activities nearby. I live on Maui so I keep my unit up to date in the same manner I keep my own home. It is filled with Aloha.

The condo is usually quiet and stays cool in this beautiful garden setting.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I love being so close to the ocean and having a shady parking spot for my car. I also enjoy walking to the shops nearby and the ease of living in this setting. I love an evening soak in the hot tub and cooling off in the pool in the heat of the day.
