Our spacious and luxurious villa is located on the Baytowne Golf Course and only steps from the sugar white Sandestin Beach! There is plenty of room for everyone in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa in Tivoli by the Sea. “Fun at the beach” describes the interior décor with bright, cheerful colors. It is located alongside the Baytowne Golf Course, across the street from the gated Tivoli swimming pool, and a very short stroll along sidewalks to the Sandestin beach!! Our villa comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests.
The large sunny kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets and cookware needed to serve dinner. Our dining area seats 6-8 guests. There is an additional table and chairs just a step away on the outdoor screened-in balcony.
Relax and take in a movie in our comfortable family area which features a queen pull-out sofa. There is a half bath conveniently located for guests in the family area. Step onto the balcony, and you will enjoy a second story view of the Baytowne Golf Course and the beachside Sandestin resort. There is always something entertaining to watch from the balcony…. golfers on their carts, bicyclers, joggers, or vacationers strolling to the beach. Just enjoy the view!
The master bedroom suite is roomy and tastefully decorated in resort décor. It features a king size bed and generous closet space. The spacious master bath is complete with a whirlpool bathtub, separate shower, and make-up area.
There are two additional guest bedrooms with king size beds, brightly colored bedding, and televisions. Each guest suite connects to a tastefully appointed full bathroom. The fourth bedroom loft is ideally located upstairs with twin beds, a full closet, and extra room for the kids to play and watch television!
This villa is ideally located to enjoy all the beauty of Sandestin….. you will definitely enjoy this property!!
Please note that we have three additional Tivoli villas that may be reserved with this villa for larger parties. (VRBO #234732, VRBO #197043, and VRBO # 254836) All four villas are located within a few steps of each other. We also have a golf cart available for rent at $250 per week.
