Our newly decorated and stylish villa is located on the Baytowne Golf Course and only steps from the sugar white Sandestin Beach! There is plenty of room for everyone in this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa in Tivoli by the Sea. WIth sophisticated chic decor, this property provides 2400 square feet of luxury! It is located alongside the Baytowne Golf Course, across the street from the gated Tivoli swimming pool, and a very short stroll along sidewalks to the Sandestin beach!! Our villa comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests.
The large sunny kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets and cookware needed to serve dinner. Our dining area seats 8 guests. There is an additional table and chairs just a step away on the outdoor screened-in balcony.
Relax and take in a movie in our comfortable family area. There is a half bath conveniently located for guests in the family area. Step onto the balcony, and you will enjoy a second level view of the Baytowne Golf Course and the beachside Sandestin resort. There is always something entertaining to watch from the balcony…. golfers on their carts, bicyclers, joggers, or vacationers strolling to the beach. Just enjoy the view!
The master bedroom suite is roomy and tastefully decorated in "resort" decor. It features a king size bed and generous closet space. The spacious master bath is complete with a whirlpool bathtub, separate shower, and make-up area.
There are two additional guest bedrooms with king size beds, brightly colored bedding, and televisions. Each guest suite connects to a tastefully appointed full bathroom. The fourth bedroom loft is ideally located upstairs with twin beds, a full closet, and extra room for the kids to play and watch television!
