This boutique resort offers 52 refined residences located right on the snowflake lift for the ultimate ski in/out location. Not only is this location ski in/out, it is located within walking distance to the charming historic district of Breckenridge where plenty of shopping, dining and nightlife abound. Don’t feel like walking to town? You are welcome to take the free BlueSky shuttle to your destination and have them pick you back up when you are finished.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit affords a beautiful living area with wood floors throughout, highlighted by a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Only the finest furnishings fill the property and all guests will enjoy the toasty warm stone mason fireplace. The living area boasts a 32-inch HDTV with DVD player, a Bose CD player and the convenience of wireless Internet. Relax outside on the very private and spacious furnished balcony and take a private soak in our unit’s private hot tub. Why soak with everybody at the complex when you can soak in private!!!
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, beautiful furnishings and a HDTV with DVD player. This bedroom also boasts an en-suite bathroom with a large roman soaking tub, double sink and a spacious shower with amazing tile work and a Euro glass shower door for the ultimate in luxury.
The Guest bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, HDTV with DVD player and refined furnishings. This bedroom has access to the bathroom directly across the hall which features a full shower, tub and exquisite tile work.

Our family of 4 stayed in this unit in March/April of 2011. It was our best ski vacation yet. Ryan had everything set up in advance, we just had to show up. The Bluesky building is incredible. The amenities were many, from the heated garage to the coffee and hot chocolate that was waiting for us in the lobby each day. The unit is spacious and very nice & clean. The private hot tub, on the patio, was a nice extra. We also used the building's outdoor hot tubs (there are 3). Our kids played in the heated outdoor pool each day, after skiing. The ski shop, on the first level, was very convenient and Bluesky has a storage area so we didn't have to take our skis & boots up to our condo. Each morning we simply took the elevator down to the first floor, put our shoes in the locker, and got our boots off the heated storage rack. Our rental skis were waiting outside for us. The Snowflake chair lift is literally right outside the building. We had, maybe, a 50 foot walk to get from Bluesky to the lift. Getting back to the condo is just as easy when you ski the Snowflake run down to the chair lift. We also skied down four o'clock, which has a turn off that stops just across the street from Bluesky. Although you have to walk across the street when using the four o'clock option, we did this most of the time. Bluesky also has their own free shuttle service that will drop you off and pick you up at any time, at the base of any of the 4 peaks. Everything about the Bluesky facility and Ryan's condo is top notch. I'll be looking to rent this condo again, the next time we go to Breckenridge.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

We stayed in this unit in January and it was amazing! The snow and skiing were great, but that would be true no matter where we stayed in Breckenridge! This unit is just as described, just as beautiful as the pictures show. The unit was spotless and Ryan was a phone call away any time we called. Blue Sky is a great place to stay. The front desk is very helpful and the private Blue Sky shuttle just couldn't get any better. The ski shop and lift ticket office in the building make things so easy. Leaving your ski boots in the locker room across the hall and changing into them there each morning is such a luxury. Walk out the door, grab your skis off the rack, walk 50 feet to the Snowflake Lift, and you're off! Or, walk 20 feet to the private shuttle to take you to any of the other bases! It can't get any easier and I felt spoiled the whole week! Negatives that didn't matter to us, but might to you: Skiing back in to the condo involves quite a bit of poling. We just quit somewhere else and had a beer while waiting for the shuttle to come pick us up! The condo doesn't have a view, but we don't spend much time sitting in the condo, we like to enjoy the views while we're skiing! The great deal on an awesome condo more than offset that for us. We will definitely be back, and have recommended to friends already.Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
