Our week stay in this condo by the sea was wonderful! The view upon entering the unit is breathtaking. Situated just steps away from the water and offering the best in sunsets, this is truly a home away from home. The unit was a bit in need of updating as far as appliances, carpet, and linens. After telling the owner about the exposed carpet tack strip by the wall, she informed me of her intent to replace the carpet and furnishings in the near future. Those updates would make this unit the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation by the sea.

Great location, easy to get to. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed this spot. We didn't get much sun while there, but otherwise it was a very relaxing long weekend. My daughter loved the beach access and the place was very comfortable.

Most importantly the view is awesome! It is a top floor, front of building condo with no overhang so you get a 180 degree view of the Monterey Bay as well as a spectacular view of all the bird life. We saw otters and dolphins from the picture window and the deck daily - no binoculars required. The furniture in the condo was comfortable, which isn't always the case at beach condos - no wicker sofas here. It was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to our questions and the condo managers and staff were very helpful. They have someone onsite at all times. Pajaro is a great jumping off point for day trips in the area. We had come from visiting San Francisco and we hit Monterey, Santa Cruz and Point Lobos easily. We walked on the beach at least twice a day and found tons of sand dollars to take home. We also flew kites. The description and photos of the condo are accurate. The property was very clean. There are grocery stores and some restaurants in Watsonville, just across the highway - including decent Chinese food that we ordered in one night. Oh yeah - and there's free wireless! The only things that would improve the condo for our family specifically would be more comfortable furniture on the deck, blackout curtains in the sleeping areas and the ability to use the fireplace with confidence - there was a note on the fridge stating that the fire alarm cold be set off easily with shower steam or by cooking so we were concerned about lighting up a fire. However, these things wouldn't prevent us from renting here again - not even for a second. The owner is a great host and this condo has to be the best value in Pajaro!

I had been looking for a relaxing condo to enjoy some alone time. This place was perfect! The views are exquisite! The condo is very clean and has everything you need. I find this unit doing an internet search and it far exceeded all of my expectations. Anna makes renting easy and personal. She is flexible and has made sure her home will feel like your own. I will be back! Taylor

When we entered the condo we were actually surprised at how well appointed it was. The view was breathtaking. Everything was just so easy - from checking in to using the beach. Our children loved the freedom the beach provided and we loved being able to watch them from the balcony. My husband even got some surf fishing in! We all left with sad faces, because it could not have been a better 4 days

This owner was a delight to work with. My two night stay at this property exceeded all of my expectations. The exterior grounds were just lovely including the duck pond. The interior décor was tastefully done. The bed in the master suite was extremely comfortable. The view from every window was to die for, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you could possibly need. So, after a relaxing day on the beach or a stroll on the grounds, a nice meal by the fire, and the sight and sounds of the ocean, who could ask for more?! I highly recommend this property and I know I will be back…

We were looking for a spot to take a short vacation not to far from home and found this condo that looked like it would be the right place .When we arrived and opened the front door we knew we had made the right decision --wow--what a view! the place was great , clean , open ceilings and right on the beach .We really enjoyed the three days and wish we could have stayed longer , from the sand dollar races -yes they do move across the beach -the surf fishing -we did not catch anything but it was still fun -boogie boarding ,going to the boardwalk , golfing at Pacific Grove , and mainly just hanging out together it was a great time The condo had everything you needed and the Pajaro Dunes property is well maintained and all the people we met with were very nice and helpful -great time -great place and hopefully we get to go back soon.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations. The ocean views are amazing and even visiting in November we had great weather and sunshine all weekend. We plan to return again and again to this beautifully furnished unit.

We recently stayed at this condo and cannot express enough how much we enjoyed it. When we saw the pictures online, we knew it was going to be great, but when we walked through the door, we were in awe! The views were spectacular! That is the only was I can put it. The best part is we never had to get in the car to go to the beach, which is the part I dislike the most when staying in a hotel. All we had to do was put on our jackets, and walk right down to the beach. My children had a blast! We were very sad to leave to say the least. I could go on and on, but needless to say, when we visit the Monterey area from now on, we will never stay in a hotel again. We will definitely be visiting this condo again very soon. Thanks for all the memories!

This was our first visit to Pajaro Dunes and the condo was fantastic. Perfect location with gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. The condo has a very open feeling to it and exceed all of our expectations. What a gem!

My family loved our weekend stay at this condo. My son and two daughters loved playing in the sand, surfing on the water all day, and I could even watch them from the deck of the condo when I needed a break. The closeness of the condo to the beach provided easy access for our family to the bathroom, hot showers, and refreshments. My husband and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the surf and waking up to the stunning ocean view from the master bedroom. The children slept comfortably in the upstairs loft. The beach-themed pictures and tasteful décor made us feel right at home. The three closeby tennis courts, the basketball court were an extra bonus. T

Romantic Getaway

We live in Texas and come to the Bay Area often. Whenever possible we stay at this condo to get away and relax. The condo view provides wonderful vistas of sunsets and of a glorious stretch of beach in both directions. While the condo comes with all the comforts of home we mostly enjoy listening and watching the ocean on the deck or on the soft couches inside; with the lights turned off and the fireplace on, it is quite an experience. When we feel a little more adventuresome we have the selection of Monterey or Carmel close by both beautiful locations but it is hard to get us away from ocean and comfort this condo provides.
