Immaculate spacious 1700 sq ft Beach Front Condo in small luxurious building in Palm Beach. Walking distance to Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Exclusive Manalapan Shopping Center with restaurants, shops, a Live Theater, Gourmet food market and many other amenities.
You are about 15- 20 minutes from the fabulous Worth Avenue. Five minutes from the Four Seasons and Hilton Hotels.
Five minutes from Public Tennis and Golf Courses.
The apartment has been completely updated and has ceramic floors throughout. It is filled with light from large windows and three balconies.
The living room and the master bedroom has wrap around balconies.
Our building is very close to the ocean. Our apartment has a very unusual unobstructed front and side ocean views that bring you the ocean from the living and dining rooms and from each bedroom balconies. Mostly from the whole apartment!!!
The Balconies (three) from the living room and from each bedroom suite brings the fabulous beach views in, as well as lots of light and cross ventilation.
The two bedroom suites have marble baths, new beds, linens and towels. Two extra beds are stored in the closet.
The powder room (half-bath) houses a hidden laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
The fully equipped table space kitchen has updated appliances (Kitchen Aid and Thermador) and granite countertops and granite walls up to the design cabinetry.
Swimming pool (heated when necessary) is steps from the very quiet beach. Our pool and pool deck were updated two years ago. All is in pristine condition. The beach is a few steps from the pool deck.
We are in the second floor. (Only three apartments per floor).
Our apartment and building are immaculate. The building has been completely updated less than five years ago.(Including all our windows, balcony doors and storm shutters).
