GUGGENHAUS/SUMMIT is one of our TWO Ski-In/Ski-Out homes in Snowmass Village. Located at the confluence of Green Cabin and Coffee Pot ski runs, it is the ONLY rental home from which you can ski out DIRECTLY from our door down to THREE mid-lifts (Coney Glade, Alpine Springs, Elk Camp Gondola mid station) never having to return down to the Base Village area. The Summit house is our PREMIER property and location. Our other fine Ski-In/Ski-Out property, Guggenhaus / West (VRBO# 223322) is located down Wood Road 1/8th of a mile.
The MAIN HOUSE sleeps TEN in FOUR bedrooms plus an office area and is serviced by FIVE newly "European-styled" bath rooms. They include two steam shower units, two whirlpool tubs and one sauna, not to mention a 6 person outdoor hot tub on the front deck overlooking the Green Cabin ski run. All of which serve to cover your après ski comforts.
Our GUEST ANNEX, joined by a snow-melt walk-way to the MAIN house, sleeps FOUR in 500 Sq. Ft. The One Bedroom unit includes a king sized bed, living room with two twin sized beds, full kitchen, bath with whirlpool tub/shower and private outdoor 6 person hot tub. The Annex may be rented in addition to the main house, however not individually.
An exciting addition to the home is our new glass and steel 3-stop / 3 person ELEVATOR which allows easy and convenient access from the garage to the 1st floor bedroom area AND the Master Bedroom Closet. No need for hauling heavy luggage or groceries up the stairs! A wonderful and important feature at the SUMMIT'S 9,200 feet elevation.
The Architectural Digest featured architect who designed our contemporary and luxurious home took full advantage of the many views available from this spectacular mountain location. The main house provides an OPEN FLOOR PLAN that allows Mountain and Slopeside views from the Living Rooms, Dining Room and Kitchen. The 2nd floor Master Bedroom, Patio and Outdoor Spa also enjoy the same gorgeous views…… a spectacular and privileged setting indeed!
