Year Purchased: 2005
George and Michele Buelow are retired and live in Michigan during the summer and south Ft. Myers for the winter. We are both active in the Ft. Myers Beach Art Association and enjoy the outdoors, sunshine and water activities. In Michigan we live on a lake and have fun on our boats.
Why the Owner Chose Other Fort Myers Properties
We chose this unit because it was newly refurbished, had a great location and was a very personable and well-kept community. There were enough units (173 in 4 buildings) to have a good activity center, but not too crowded.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
This is a ground floor unit with easy access and close to the swimming pool and activity center. The large lanai is a beautiful place to entertain and have meals...on the east side, mornings are beautiful and evenings are pleasant.
