First off this is a beautiful home in the very secure River Hall community. It was built in 2007 by David Weekly and is currently 2,400 square feet. The house has a very comfortable open floor plan with ceramic tile flowing from front to back. When you walk in you are welcomed with an engaging sitting area with a high ceiling and an alluring chandelier. Off of the entrance you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. If you progress forward you will come upon a delightful kitchen that exhibits spacious granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space. Also apart of the kitchen is a breakfast and dinning room space. Continuing on you reach the living area with large windows that bring in all the natural light. To the left of all that you can enter the Master suite and the very stunning bathroom that has two separate sink areas, a jacuzzi tub, tiled shower, and a grand walk in closet. If none of that really gets your attention then the backyard lanai with really get you because its sitting right beside the 14th hole, green side.
Apart from all the great things the house has to offer the community is great. You are a walk away from anything they have to offer. The golf course in right behind you as well as the club house that serves lunch and dinner. The town hall is not far away and acquires a large pool, tennis and basketball court, kids area, computer lab, and a fitness room. The mall, restaurants, and other activities are not but 30 minutes away. This house is a perfect place to get away to, the community and the house are both in just beautiful spots and that's why I purchased the home in River Hall. So here is the chance to get away from everything and enjoy a great vacation spot home, golfing and spending time with your family.

Why the Owner Chose Alva
The House is located in River hall which is about 30 minutes from downtown Fort Myers. We purchased this property because of the great airport, seclusion the friendly and small golf club and its as far south as we go economically for winter.
