The view from Oceania Heights is magnificent. The color of the water is beyond description as it changes daily due to the weather and the tides. The island breeze up on the Heights keeps things cool and enjoyable. The property is surrounded by a bird sanctuary that is protected by the Bahamian government and will not be built upon. It is the perfect location to get away from it all and relax.
The Unique Benefits at this House
There is a view of the Atlantic ocean, both east and west coasts. Sunrises and sunsets are awesome from our balconies. The airport is 5 minutes away. We have access to a pristine beach only a two minute walk away. The bird sanctuary makes it an joy to watch the birds go about their daily routine. Sandals resort is only 10 minutes away with access to golf and fine dining. We have easy access to George Town to get our groceries and supplies with the fun part, mixing with the friendly islanders. Deep Sea fishing, scuba diving, and bone fishing all close at hand.
