Year Purchased: 1995

My partner and I reside in the upper portion of the house. We are conveniently on site for any problems that may arise.

Why the Owner Chose Niagara-on-the-Lake

The natural beauty of Niagara on the Lake appealed to us. Numerous activities, as avid golfers we were drawn to the oldest golf course in Canada. Close to the US border was an added feature.

The Unique Benefits of this Self Contained Apartment

Quiet and comfortable, private area and garden. We are surrounded by wineries and vineyards, fabulous restaurants. Niagara on the Lake is situated at the mouth of the Niagara river and Lake Ontario. The close proximity to Niagara Falls is a plus.
