This condo had everything we needed for our 5 night get away and the price was quite reasonable! It is not large but perfect for two people. It is clean and nice...everything you need is in the room--kitchen, beach chairs, coffee pot, etc.. The location is great, right by the pool and with a view of the water, and just a walk through the parking lot to the beach. It is decorated darling! The town of Venice was so much fun to walk through...darling shops and restaurants. The people are very warm and welcoming. Good renter... Room adequate with some nice extras.... Neighbors turned us in to condo association for having my dog Joe with us. Bummer. He barked infrequently... Was with us at all times. Dogs allowed, but condo management was confused... Did not even know his own rules. Pool was not running for most of stay. And not heated. We enjoyed the dog beach. Building was quiet. I'd go back again if rules regarding dog were clearly defined. Good interaction with owner.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing.

Would go to this condo again. Small yet had everything we needed and the price was great for beach loverst. Very Clean! Decor was so beachy! Made us feel like we where in tropical Florida. A+ ..Recommended for: Age 55+.

The property manager is nice to work with, he answered our emails very promptly. The greatest feature about the studio was that it was so close to the beach. The pool is big but very chilly. We had decided to book a rental place and not a hotel so that we would have more room and privacy. However, the room was smaller than a hotel room. There was no private patio but two chairs on the open hallway to the other apartments with view to the parking lot (at the end of which there was the ocean). We were mislead by the description "a unit we just completed". It's a 60s buildings and everything was quite old, the appliances in the bathroom even partly rusty. The linens were torn. I would say the studio was like in a room in a two star hotel. Next time we'll go to a hotel again. For that price we can get easily get a three star hotel.Recommended for: Age 55+.

What a great efficiency! The best view in the complex! We truly enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and had the cutest beach holiday decor! We will definitely book this condo next year! Close to the pool and the beach!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.
